Stay at Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City
We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in December 2025 and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. I definitely stay here again and would recommend it if you want a luxury hotel in the area. However room does not have refrigerator but they provided smaller one for medicine storage.

EVERY TIME we get the same suite, and EVERY TIME it’s not ready by 4pm. You call the 800# and get a Marriott answering service. Horrible front desk service. Check out is at 11:00 and check-in is at 3pm. I’ve worked in hospitality, so I know. Ghetto. SKIP THIS ONE.

Excellent choice
Second time I've stayed here. Ritz often feels like an upgrade Marrott but they are doing better to differentiate themselves from the mediocre Marriott brand. At this Ritz they've successfully made the transition. Everything was first rate, from the moment I entered and the doorman opened the door, through checkin, the gym, my room, linens...all wonderful. Friendly staff, excellent service. I'll be back.

Always stay at a Ritz when you can!
Our family went to DC for a few days and stayed our first night at this Ritz. I wasn’t sure about the Arlington location but it was actually very close to everything in the city!The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave our children coloring books upon arrival, and chocolate bunnies when we departed on Easter morning. Hanan was terrific at check in, Solomon was kind and gracious at valet, and Sonja treated us like family in the club lounge. Thank you, all! The hotel is within a nice shopping mall. My kids loved the Lego store that’s basically next door to the Ritz.
