My wife and I were in Washington for an event involving our son-in-law and we decided to stay at the Rosewood. I reserved a corner room but when we arrived they treated us to an upgrade in a townhouse. WOW! It really spoiled us. On 3 floors it had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a washer/dryer in the basement. Also, there was a private patio where we could drink our coffee in the morning. My wife was impressed by the “magic” toilet as the lid lifted automatically when you walked in. That’s all I’ll say about that one but it held other surprises too. Everything had a high quality, upgraded feel. Everyone we met was very friendly and eager for us to enjoy our stay. The restaurant served a great breakfast and CUT was wonderful in the evening. In addition, the Georgetown neighborhood is quiet and peaceful even though very near to the action of the touristy areas. I can’t recommend this one enough.

Had a great stay over graduation weekend. Close to my university, yet nicely tucked away for privacy. Would stay again.

This hotel is centrally located in Georgetown. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, and bathrooms are very nice. The hotel is quite small and lacks proper seating along with a rather small front desk. This hotel is unfortunately not the best in Washington and you can put your money in better places.

Excellent hotel. From check in, to the room, to breakfast, and location. An absolute gem in the heart of Georgetown. 1 block from the shops and restaurants on M Street and 1 block from the water and more restaurants. I highly recommend making this hotel your go to when in Georgetown

We live in the area but choose this property a few times a year for special getaways. Ismail, assistant director of rooms, is always fantastic and helps insure a wonderful visit. A little treat is often delivered, showing appreciation for our patronage, which is very much appreciated. We needed help securing a reservation and the hotel came through. The valet is always welcoming and helpful too. We will be back soon. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
