Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality from Lielet!
From the moment we arrived, Lielet at the front desk provided a warm welcome and exceptional support. She made me feel completely at home, treating every request with a sense of importance. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism she showed my colleagues and me throughout our stay. She truly made our visit a fun, memorable, and enjoyable experience for the whole team.

Chic and stellar service
I had the most delightful stay here when coming for a training. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable and chic. More importantly the customer service was joyful. Specifically we were often greeted by front desk attendant Leilet whose glow and service alone was 5-star. Davon at the front door was awesome. He recommended a great restaurant and even walked us to the corner to point us in the right direction.

Wonderful Stay
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant in a great location. Most notably was Lielet working at the front desk who took great care of our group during our stay. Would absolutely stay again. 6/5 stars!

Great hotel, but the service could be better
I stayed at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill in DC and overall, I really liked the hotel itself. The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a really nice atmosphere. It was also convenient for getting around DC and seeing a lot of the main attractions. The biggest downside for me was the service. For a hotel this nice, I expected the staff to be a little more welcoming and attentive. There were times when the service just felt a bit lacking and not as friendly or helpful as I would have expected. Overall, I had a good stay and really enjoyed the hotel itself. I would consider staying here again because of the location and the quality of the property, but I definitely think the service could use some improvement.

Good location but average
High price for average hotel and service. Room was fine. Nice and big. And clean. However, minus one star because there are no bathtubs in this hotel and no floor mat for the slippery show floor. Plus, lost a star because I had to go the front desk to check out. When I called the front desk, they said I can't check out via the phone. Not great for me when I'm in a rush to get out of the hotel to my meetings.
