You don’t get what you pay for
There is no business center. No printer. They give you a $12 credit for restaurant that purchases nothing. It’s not a cheap place but they are nickel and diming.

Amazing service
I was here for a work event and had a handful of (non-hotel related) difficulties. Leilet at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful every time I interacted with her. She made what could have otherwise been a difficult stay for me so much easier. Incredible service. Everyone I interacted with (even when I originally tried to check in at the wrong location!) was kind and helpful, Leilet especially so!

Very Clean
Very Clean room. Good space. Bed was lopsided. Lobby was nice. French restaurant had a good meal. Were understanding when I needed to leave early due to storm.

Inconsistent service at both the hotel and restaurant
I’ve stayed here about 8 times in the past twelve months and I get a different experience each time. Sometimes they put me an in large spacious room at no extra charger. Then sometimes I pay for a larger room and get a small dank room. The bell staff is warm and friendly but the front desk staff are like robots. The food is exceptional but the wait staff if hit or miss. They recently change the entire restaurants staff and I miss the old crew like Alfred. Still the rooms are spotless and the location is convenient. I guess I’ll keep coming back. The rewards program is practically non existent. They aren’t really that into loyalty. That’s too bad.
