Second Timer...and will be back!!
This place is awesome. Second timer and I will be back. The location is perfect, close to the monuments, the Capitol, really anything. Room and amenities are top-notch, new, clean, all the top comforts. The restaurant and bar are great. My ONLY complaint....room service is still served in to-go containers with plasticware. How do you get a great French meal serviced in plastic containers with plastic cutlery? YUK! I realize the hotel prefers everyone eat in the restaurant but after a long travel day or if you need to continue working in your room but need to eat, room service is the only way. COVID is well passed us, please, revert to china as the food deserves it. Outside of that this place is AMAZING!

Always friendly staff. Classy without being pretentious. Great location. The hotel restaurant, Du Jour, has an AMAZING breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill! The room was nice and comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was good, and we really loved the location. It was a great place to stay while visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding service at royalsonesta
I had an excellent experience at the front desk thanks to Hung and Stacy. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Parking garage is a dump
The room was wonderful and clean. It was noisy in the room from the commotion outside. There were homeless people and people smoking pot outside the hotel. The shower pressure was horrible and the associated parking garage was an absolute dump.
