Great stay, fabulous location, food was amazing
We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill! The room was nice and comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was good, and we really loved the location. It was a great place to stay while visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding service at royalsonesta
I had an excellent experience at the front desk thanks to Hung and Stacy. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Parking garage is a dump
The room was wonderful and clean. It was noisy in the room from the commotion outside. There were homeless people and people smoking pot outside the hotel. The shower pressure was horrible and the associated parking garage was an absolute dump.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality from Lielet!
From the moment we arrived, Lielet at the front desk provided a warm welcome and exceptional support. She made me feel completely at home, treating every request with a sense of importance. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism she showed my colleagues and me throughout our stay. She truly made our visit a fun, memorable, and enjoyable experience for the whole team.

Chic and stellar service
I had the most delightful stay here when coming for a training. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable and chic. More importantly the customer service was joyful. Specifically we were often greeted by front desk attendant Leilet whose glow and service alone was 5-star. Davon at the front door was awesome. He recommended a great restaurant and even walked us to the corner to point us in the right direction.
