The toilet in my room wasn't cleaned upon check-in and was disgusting. Also, they charged me for the breakfast that was supposed to be complementary (Amex FHR Breakfast Credit). I've called and spoke to 3 different poeple but still not resolved. I'd never go back to this hotel.

Below average, not worth the cost. Some horrible experience for us with staff lying about drink vouchers usage on the call, tech issues, lack of responsiveness from staff - not replying to messages, TV not working properly, dated room and below average food. Would not recommend this place. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and shower was good. The bed was decent too. Overall, a 2/5.

The decor attention to architectural details.. The staff was phenomenal. My concierge Jennifer yes I said my concierge because she insured everything that I wanted for the birthday celebration went off very well and all of the extra things that we wanted to indulge in was met so yes, my concierge Jennifer was phenomenal. The Dogon restaurant from the staff to food, met more than my expectations

Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing, especially given the cost and that this was our babymoon. There were stains on the bedding upon arrival, repeated issues reaching room service, multiple unfulfilled requests for ice, the toilet stopped working during our stay, and the heated pool was not actually heated. While each issue alone may seem small, together they significantly impacted what we expected to be a relaxing luxury experience.

In our opinion we wouldn’t rate this one as a 5 star hotel hence the 3 star average review. We stayed one night and after much discussion, we moved to another 5 star hotel in the area. We paid for a suite which we found to be very dated and the carpet was kinda stained, we expressed our concerns and were offered another “upgraded suite” that was basically the same if not worse than the original suite we booked. Same concerns only slightly larger than the original one. I believe that some of the rooms are being “reimagined” but the rooms we were offered were not. The parking fee is about double as the other 5 star hotels we looked at as well. We will not book here again as you’re paying for a 5 start hotel with a 3 star room. I want to point out the bell hops and valet parking folks were great and we tipped them accordingly as it’s not their fault the hotel fell short of expectations. Shop around and draw your own conclusions

Not up to the standards of our stay at previously booked luxury link hotels. No in room coffee bar, no mini bar, blamed everything on Covid, and they were a new hotel, we would not stay there again. Definitely not 5 star, location good, no ice maker you had to call for it.
