Weekend Getaway
Hotel exceeded our expectations. New, clean and great location close to all attractions and wharf district. Would definitely come back again.

Nothing was wrong, is that good enough?
Hotel was nice, clean, and located well. Food let something to be desired, I think they have a lot of guests so maybe get a little numb. Jen at the front desk was amazing. Filep in valet was very caring and made positive imprint on my stay. I would rate the hotel 4.5 staff 4.25 if more staff was like Jen and Filep this score would be 5.

Less than expected
Room overlooked the next door construction site. No hot tub nor jacuzzi Lexus car “ shuttle” not available/ unpredictable

Best Hotel stay I've had
I stayed here in November and to start with the room was incredible. I loved the view and the bathroom was pristine. From a location perspective it's phenomenal for site seeing and easily walkable to the monuments/memorials. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold, but I would come back in the spring/summer and absolutely stay here. The concierge was top notch and incredible to work with. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel

Dogon and Spa
Overall was a good experience, Dogon is very inviting and the spa here was the second best one I've been to on my spa tour spanning a decade

Not up to the standards of our stay at previously booked luxury link hotels. No in room coffee bar, no mini bar, blamed everything on Covid, and they were a new hotel, we would not stay there again. Definitely not 5 star, location good, no ice maker you had to call for it.
