I really loved my stay - the hotel is very accommodating, the experience was definitely elevated. I thought the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The amenities, including the gym and spa were gorgeous. I brought my elderly dog and the hotel staff were very kind. Food was also not to sleep on - good offering and well prepared. I found my experience very relaxing! Location was oddly both central and isolated. Like it is close to a lot, but have to uber to most things. Not super walkable area.

I went to Mara to helping me printing some papers She was nice with a big smile. I hope I'm going to get the same level of service next time

Beautiful hotel, great location, and an amazing spa! The spa alone is worth the visit, but I enjoyed my entire stay and will definitely be back.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is the former Mandarin Oriental and I was advised it had undergone a major refurb. Sadly I did not see much of this. The building works around the area seem to be the same abandoned sites from pre-covid. There is little to nothing in the area. The Marina is nearby but you take your life into your hands crossing the road. The food at the hotel was dried out and expensive. The breakfast was better. The meeting space was disappointing. I was offered this venue but it is not fit for our purpose. Bedrooms are nice but some functions did not work. My colleague could not turn her lights off.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. Malik was wonderful and very friendly and attentive. I loved the lobby and music.Definitely make a reservation at Dogon, it is fantastic! A few things, that I wished, the room was a little cleaner and better maintained such as shower caulking. I wish they had a mini bar and more luxe products in there he bathroom. I requested a wake up call that did not happen. One morning it took over 45 mins for a latte, but the staff was nice. Just a few things I wish were a little more polished.

Not up to the standards of our stay at previously booked luxury link hotels. No in room coffee bar, no mini bar, blamed everything on Covid, and they were a new hotel, we would not stay there again. Definitely not 5 star, location good, no ice maker you had to call for it.
