Amazing Staff and Enjoyable Stay
The assistance provided by the front desk agent, Jennifer, upon our arrival at the hotel was above and beyond what we expected when we arrived at the hotel. She helped us secure a room early so we could quickly get settled at the hotel and make it to an event on time that afternoon. The hotel room was clean and well-kept. All of the staff I interacted with were welcoming and treated us well during our stay.

I loved the design aesthetic, the location, and the amazing customer service. Jennifer at the front desk was warm, professional, and kind. She was responsive to my needs prior to travel and contributed to my wonderful weekend. Also, with the location so close to Navy Yard, it was convenient and affordable to Uber wherever I wanted to go.

Thank you to Jennifer and the Surveryor team at The Thompson DC! Jennifer checked me in, gave me a beautiful room and shared all the buildings amenities with me. I loved seeing her throughout my stay. The breakfast team at Surveryor was great and I loved the eggs in purgatory and Thompson breakfast!
