Property great but staff needs better supervision from management
Hotel especially new redone rooms great! Kingbird wonderful breakfast food and service! Car valet…need supervision They gave my car to another guest spent better part of the day getting it back. Hotel nice Staff front desk nice Location perfect

My husband and I came to explore DC for a long weekend in Sep 2026 and have very much enjoyed our stay. I unfortunately experienced an injury and the staff has gone above and beyond to help accommodate and make sure we are taken care of.

Nice stay
Really enjoyed my stay. The valet team especially stood out..very polite, quick, and careful with my car. Everything from getting my keys back to the charges and receipt was handled smoothly. The front desk was friendly and the room was clean. A little pricey, but overall a good experience..

Best experience
We knew the hotel would be crowded because of the event, so I expected getting in and out to be a headache. Surprisingly, it wasn’t at all. The parking attendants kept the line moving, communicated clearly, and treated every vehicle with care. Even with guests arriving nonstop, they stayed courteous and never seemed overwhelmed. After checking in, we settled into a lovely room with a beautiful view. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great evening at the property. The entire visit felt easy from arrival through checkout. Definitely a place I’d return to.
