This has to be one of the best hotels in Washington DC. I'm not sure how they do it, but each employee is kind, considerate and truly cares about your experience. The hotel is located in the heart of DC and every museum and government office is within easy walking distance. Matt, the concierge , helped us find a great sushi restaurant. We were intially greeted by Ali, guest services manager. He is a true gem and exemplifies the consistent great attitude of all employees. Jack and Sean at the front desk assisted us with check-in. There were no issues. We had a small dog and the hotel was very accommodating. Round Robin bar is a great place for a drink. Bartenders are attentive and make a nice cocktail. This hotel will now be my "go to" hotel in DC. Wish I could go more often..

Juan Pablo G (JP) looked after us throughout our breakfast, he was super attentive. Helped with my dietary requirements and also with the internet connection! The food was delicious too, will definitely be back next time we are visiting!

We had a wonderful lunch during Restaurant week. Juan Pablo G (JP) was an attentive amd polite server. We will definitely be back. My husband travels often to DC for work.
