Wonderful tea service! Deepak is so attentive and taught us about our tea selections to make sure that we would have the best experience possible. It's a beautiful setting as well

As we entered Peacock Alley, the ambiance instantly transported us. Gilded mirrors, plush seating, and soaring ceilings provided a majestic backdrop, while the soft strains of live harp music filled the air. Our tea service began with a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas. Each was presented with care, poured into fine china teacups that echoed the Willard’s timeless elegance and attention to detail. A three-tiered tray soon arrived, each level a visual and culinary delight: Savories such as cucumber and herbed cream cheese on rye, smoked salmon with crème, and curry chicken salad offered a delicate introduction. Warm scones, served with clotted cream and house-made jams, were irresistibly flaky—bridging the gap between tradition and indulgence. The final tier was pure decadence: an assortment of petit desserts. Throughout our experience, the attentive service from Deepak, Cesar, and Subi ensured that our teacups were never empty and our every need was met with grace.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Washington DC. I'm not sure how they do it, but each employee is kind, considerate and truly cares about your experience. The hotel is located in the heart of DC and every museum and government office is within easy walking distance. Matt, the concierge , helped us find a great sushi restaurant. We were intially greeted by Ali, guest services manager. He is a true gem and exemplifies the consistent great attitude of all employees. Jack and Sean at the front desk assisted us with check-in. There were no issues. We had a small dog and the hotel was very accommodating. Round Robin bar is a great place for a drink. Bartenders are attentive and make a nice cocktail. This hotel will now be my "go to" hotel in DC. Wish I could go more often..
