Wonderful
Deepak and JP were wonderful! This was my third time with Deepak and first with JP and they could not have been more attentive. The food was good and the tea selections awesome!

Valentine’s Day Tea
Lovely Valentine Day weekend. Food was delicious and unique, ambiance is beautiful , tea is fantastic, and the service is top tier. Shout out Deepak who has an incredible depth of tea knowledge as well as J.P. for his great service. Location is at the incredible and historical Willard hotel. A must do!

I’ve lived in the DC area for about 30 years, and great customer service is something you truly learn to recognize over time. Tonight, I want to recognize Antonella, one of the best bartenders I’ve experienced in this city. From the very first visit, she has always been welcoming, professional, and genuinely respectful to every guest she serves. Her Old Fashioned is easily one of the best in DC — perfectly balanced, smooth, and crafted with real attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride not just in the drink, but in the entire experience she creates for customers. What really stands out is her consistency. No matter how busy the bar gets, Antonella remains calm, friendly, and attentive, making everyone feel valued and comfortable. That level of hospitality is rare and truly deserves recognition. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a perfectly made Old Fashioned, Antonella is the reason I keep coming back. Outstanding customer service every time.

Great Hotel
This is a beautiful old hotel located in a terrific location near the White House. My room was large and clean, with a big bathroom, ample work space, a strong wifi signal and many outlets. Service was excellent throughout the hotel-the staff seem proud and happy to be working at this historic hotel.
