Martin at Cafe Du Parc was excellent! I was in town for a business trip, followed by a friends trip, and he took great care of our group. He had excellent lunch recommendations and was very friendly. Thank you!

J.P., Deepak & Salvador made our afternoon tea a wonderful experience.! We were skeptical when arriving at the Willard as we had mixed up our arriving @ the other Peacock Alley. J.P. was quick to address our concerns and set the stage for a calming and elegant but true "English" tea engagement. J.P. is a keeper. The Willard has a real ambassador and is lucky to have him. The harpist playing in the background and history museum also an unexpected treat!

Love the central location (especially if you want to see the museums on the National Mall or walk close to the White House), and the amazing lobby. The preservation and restoration of this historic hotel is amazing - and getting to stay here is like getting to stay in a restored museum (although the rooms themselves are quite modern). I appreciate the recent renovation and find the rooms worthy of a modern 5 star luxury hotel. It is worth it to pay for a room with a monument view, and it is also worth it to enjoy a drink at the bar (I believe it is called the Round Robin bar). If the morning is pleasant weather, grab a newspaper and coffee and sit outside at the cafe - it's a perfect spot! Walk through the lobby, down "Peacock Alley" and please visit the area at the far end of Peacock Alley with all the historical pictures and timeline of the hotel. It is so cool! I was especially impressed with how well the gentleman at the front desk, Austin, handled my request for an unobstructed view by personally taking me to a couple room options. I very much enjoyed my stay here, was grateful for the privilege of staying here, and hope to be back one day!

Stayed at the Willard a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased with the stay. The check in process was seamless, I wish I remembered the name of who checked us in, but she was so king and gave great recommendations. Libby is gorgeous as well as all the areas of the Willard. The room was spacious and very clean, room service was great and quick as well. Breakfast at the connected restaurant was good although service was quite slow, understandable since there were a lot of weddings our weekend. Locations was PRIME, if you’re wanting to be near the museums, close to everything. Looking forward to coming back

Visited with my daughter for High Tea to celebrate our birthdays. Deepak and JP were outstanding. Professional, warm, knowledgeable, present and made you feel like you were their only guest for the day. They are a credit to the organization and should be recognized as brand ambassadors.
