Deepak was one of our servers for afternoon tea. He was very knowledgeable, attentive. Plethora of information on different teas, history, origin and how made. Everything was tasty. I preferred the savory to the deserts. Except for the scone... Best vanilla scone I've ever had!!!

Hostesses Lilia and Mimi were very accommodating and friendly. Basel was the best server. He was very engaging and genuinely helpful. It was a great experience and we will not hesitate to return. Great people, authentic and very customer focuses.

Amazing. Deepak was amazing. Wonderful tea sommelier with extensive knowledge. He should really be leading your tea program and pair teas with each tier of savory sandwiches, scones and sweets. Could easily rival the best programs internationally.

Terrible service, I made a reservation in March for my family of 5, 2 rooms. They canceled the reservation without any notice, no record of email or any contact. Then refused to help in any way when my son arrived with 2 children.and a record or our reservation in July. Rude and incompetent staff and supervisor.Fortunately we were able to secure rooms at the fabulous Waldorf Astoria. Definitely do not recommend!

Martin at Cafe Du Parc was excellent! I was in town for a business trip, followed by a friends trip, and he took great care of our group. He had excellent lunch recommendations and was very friendly. Thank you!
