I have nothing but positive things to state about my stay, but most significantly were the beloved staff and folks that made my experience truly eye opening and breath taking to say the least. 1. Sandra Mohler - you are a shining star. A guiding light in a time of darkness. Your kindness and your wisdom guided me through some of the toughest moments in my own life. I wish the peace of the lord be always with you. You deserve every recognition of your profession. You attendance to my issues, your caring and personal touch. I was crying to myself in the fitness center at 5 am in the morning and you gave me the strength to make it through the day. I appreciate your courage in talking to me and making sure you always kept an eye on your duties. P.s. she was waiting for the technician to show up to fix the equipment while we were chatting and he never showed! 2. Clara - wow! Wow! Just wow. Spectacular in every regard. Courteous, professional, acutely aware and responsible. Solved problems for us before we even recognized we were about to encounter a problem. What a gem. Would love to come back again just to see her (young Michelle pfieffer) face! lol jk. She is a unique soul and a unique beauty. Good job! 3. Oleksandr Dermenzhy- you are an angel in disguise. A hidden talent and hidden gem who goes unrecognized. You are a talented chef in waiting. You need to be known. I asked oleksandr to make me a special dish of his own inspiration and I’m still thinking about it! Please ask for the crispy shoe string fries -oleksandr style! You are a hidden gem! Clarice D- best energy and smile at the ass crack of dawn! Most infectious laugh ever! You started my challenging mornings with the brightest energy. May god always shine upon you for how you shine upon others. Everyone else… I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to meet ya’ll but you were all so special and unique, and I recognize the special care that has been hand selected in your staffing. Great experience. I hope god allows us to cross beautiful paths with one another again! Peace in our hearts, peace in the lord, peace in the struggle. Triumph in our eyes! Together we rise. A Powerful Reminder That Integrity Still Exists

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. — not only for its incredible location and historic elegance, but, most importantly, for the extraordinary integrity and thoughtfulness of its staff. I accidentally left behind a $900 Hermès belt from the Hermes in Paris which bought on my first and only trip to Europe. It has incredible sentimental value and some less significant but valued clothing in my room. To be completely honest, I was shocked when I was contacted and told that my belongings had been found, carefully secured, and returned to me. The housekeeper, Ms. Muluwork Woldermariam, turned everything over to Security, where Sai Dadana and the Security team handled the entire process with exceptional professionalism and care. In a world where you sometimes wonder whether honesty and integrity still carry the weight they once did, this experience genuinely restored my faith in people. The fact that someone could have easily walked away with valuable personal belongings but instead did the right thing speaks volumes about the character of this hotel and the people who represent it. The Willard is beautiful, but its people are what make it exceptional. Thank you for reminding me that incredible integrity, kindness, and human decency are still alive and well. I will remember this experience far longer than I will remember the room. Five stars doesn't feel like enough. Highly, highly recommended.

wonderful experience. our server, Deepak, was essentially a tea sommelier. he made recs that we all loved. the food was plentiful. Would definitely recommend and come back.
