Comfortable stay at environmentally conscious hotel
Loved water taps and reusable bottles in room. Breakfast was good and loved nondairy yogurt option. Heater was quiet. Pleasant stay overall

Great hotel! Check in was very pleasant and the customer service given by Jesselle was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and her customer service was phenomenal…. Nice to see in this day and age. Highly recommend.

Cozy & environment-friendly rooms, but need attention on F&B
I loved the room layout and the color, but I was reluctant to use the shower since there was no curtain. We had to place several towels to block water from flooding the toilet and stand to one side. I do think that the water fountain does fit the "green" idea that the hotel is trying to implement, but maybe the shower area didn't go well. One thing I was distracted about was that the waiters at the restaurant didn't seem to give enough attention to the guests, taking us quite a time to get to them. The space was a little darker than expected, and I didn't really feel comfortable dining.

In town for a wedding. Binny has been incredible. Truly the best customer service out there!! Took the best care of us and I will be back to an IHG because of him!

Busy young vibe place
This is a busy hotel with people coming and going all day. Our room was spacious and comfortable., staff very friendly and helpful. However from 4.00 pm The seating/ bar area is turned into a restaurant and patrons are asked to Move. From 6.00 loud music is played , making it a noisy space. . We didn’t eat there for that reason . Housekeeping was adequate but cleaning quite poor. The valet staff very helpful and provided a great service. Finally. , the breakfast was awful , food not kept hot, very limited choice. Best use the deli on the corner .
