Yours truly is TRULY a gem! The customer service is amazing, Jessi specifically was the one who assisted me and made everything so smooth! The hotel has a very nice ambiance and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Very welcoming and comfortable. The vibe was exciting, it smelled good and everyone that waited on me was attentive and polite. I referred this hotel to my colleagues for when they stay in the DC area. I will be coming back to stay. Jessi was amazing ! I was happy to see her on both my check in and check out .

What a fabulous place to stay. It has a very friendly vibe and lots of surprises. We loved the room layout and little touches - like the still and sparkling water spigots on each floor. The essentials are so important - lighting, quality bed, enough plugs conveniently placed...that kind of thing. All that was great. And more. My second time there - and i am looking forward to going back next time I am in DC.
