More than just a bed - a staff that truly cares!
When my college-age daughter broke her leg and ended up in the hospital, I immediately flew to DC from our Arizona home and made Yours Truly our base for multiple hospital and campus visits each day over a stressful week. What a humbling experience to be in pain, in a wheelchair and dependent on the kindness of strangers! The front desk and valet staff were so kind and accommodating, always asking about my daughter’s progress and offering assistance with any and everything we needed. I truly appreciated the human care and concern - I didn’t just feel like a customer, I felt like family! At a time when customer service can feel obligatory and performative, it is wonderful to come back to true caring and warmth from this amazing team. Shout outs to all of the valets for their dedicated help- including Anwar and Ayoob- as well as the entire front desk team. We appreciate you and we will be back, in better shape!

What a great place to stay
My wife and I loved this hotel! We stayed for the weekend. The vibe downstairs in the lobby is always great! I 100% recommend this hotel.
