Phenomenal place if you can swing it
The Swag is a special place with special people. It’s a unique combination of rustic and refined. When you arrive you are greeted with a glass of champagne while the valets take your car and get all of your belongings to your room. The food is outstanding but if you’re strictly meat and potatoes you’re not going to love it. A highlight was taking a hike with an “expert in residence”, Lynda, who was a national park ranger for 30 years. And the property itself might be the real star. It’s beautiful and the mountain views are outstanding.

This is a very special place .....
This place caught me by surprise. I knew it was a Relais & Chateaux property but no one I knew had heard about it. I took the WTF and from the moment I entered the grounds (elevation 5000) I was blown away by the beauty, service, accommodations, etc. Three days there was all about Nature, Rest and Relaxation .. it checked every box!
