Hotel Bachmair Weissach

Second time at Bachmair Weissach. There will be a third. This resort stands out as the most impressive for our family. The staff, restaurants and rooms are second to none. Book a visit and you will not be disappointed.

I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms was nice and well furnished (loved the Alexa and the Dyson in the room). Breakfast was good - not great omelette - but anyhow good quality overall Spa was little but absolutely clean and functional Loved the complimentary Porsche Cayenne Driving Service around the Areas Only aspect, the rates are pretty high. I understand that the area is rich but more than 300 euros for a single room for one night I believe is a little too much.

I’ve stayed at quite a few luxury hotels by now and Bachmair Waissach was a really good one with improvement potential regarding the arrival process. Let’s start at check-in. I arrived earlier than the official check-in time of 3pm and even though I was assured that my room would be ready as soon as possible, I ended up sitting in the restaurant area for more than 3 hours until that happened. A call to housekeeping and the friendly request to have the room ready a little earlier than past 3pm would have significantly improved my experience. Next up the room itself. I was at the hotel for a longer stay and was assigned the room right next to their building site. I asked if there would be noise coming from the site as they are renovating the rooms there and was told that I can expect noise from 10am-5pm. If I have guests staying for a longer time I don’t assign such a room to them. The potential for disappointment is too big. I ended up requesting a different room and was offered a room of a lower category, only available the next day. Long story short and fast forward, after a conversation with management the hotel made a different room available on the day and I finally could move in before dinner. Rest assured, the rest of the stay was good. Friendly service and good food made up for the bumpy start. All in all, I had a good experience. I am sure my check-in experience wasn’t the hotel’s standard and hence can still recommend staying here.

We have just visited this resort and had a wonderful time. From the glass of fizz when checking in, to the well appointed room ,the spa experience and attentiveness of staff, we all felt it was top notch !! I’ve never had such a different body massage. As well as being relaxing, I felt every inch of my body was worked on to aid recovery from everyday stress and tension , thank you Pavel. The kids area next door was amazing too,with so much for every age of child to do. Even the adults could spend time there with their children without feeling hard done. We had a bite to eat and coffee which was first class. How lucky to have this on your door step…. less then an hours drive from Munich!!!
