Excellence is the West Baden Springs Hotel!
West Baden Springs Hotel is an excellent place to visit and stay. The staff are professional and very service oriented. We took our granddaughter there for her birthday weekend. They all treated her like a queen! We also took a trail ride and the staff at the stable were excellent.

The friendly staff, well maintained grounds, shuttle service, convenience and comfort are beyond expectations compared to the “Chain” establishments. You will be greeted with a smile at every turn. This is a perfect Bucket- List destination. We will return!

Mother Daughter Trip
Beautiful hotel, our room was gorgeous and had lots of space. The bathroom was very clean, the hotel staff is very friendly as well as the other guests. We sat in the atrium and also out on the veranda. We took the free shuttle to the French Lick Resort and Casino, we also took the Behind the Scenes Tour which was very interesting. The garden at the hotel is lovely. It's a good place for couples or like myself, I took my daughter, to relax and enjoy time together.

Best girls’ getaway!
The accommodations and staff at West Baden are absolutely great! Our Bunco group stayed 2 nights. We played games, had delicious meals, shopped, went to the casino, and were transported from one location to another by knowledgeable and fantastic drivers. The staff at West Baden went out of their way to make sure we had a delightful time, and we certainly did!

Wow! What a place!
The West Baden hotel was more amazing than I expected. It's such a beautiful building and the history of the place is everywhere - pictures and stories on the walls, etc.. I didn't expect the shops on the main floor and I found some wonderful things to purchase. The spa was so relaxing and the staff was COMMITTED to making the treatments a great experience. ALL staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and friendly. We ate at a couple of the restaurants and the food was very good. It's not an inexpensive place to stay, but absolutely worth every penny.
