Best Staff customer service
Staff were very accommodating to us and gratefully when out of there way to fulfil our travel plans, our plans changed and they allowed us to cancel our remaining nights with no extra charges. They even let us store our bags for a few days at no extra charge. This hotel is in a great location and i would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to LA

A great place to stay in West Hollywood.
I really like this hotel because it's very convenient for my family. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores around this hotel, and you can walk to these places very easily. The only down thing was our room is next to the parking lot, so the view was not too excited.

Very nice. Would have loved to stay longer
Hotel was nicely located, with many options within walking distance. Room was large and clean. Front Desk staff was very welcoming and provided great service. Snacks and sparkling wine at check in was a nice touch. Bed was super comfortable. There was also champagne and additional snacks in our room when we checked in! Breakfast server wasn't the greatest, food was decent but atrociously overpriced.

Don't stay here if you don't have to.
If you are looking for a nice hotel, go elsewhere. For the money, you can do better. It may be clean, but my room was beat up, and the staff, though kind and good-natured, had no idea what they were doing for very basic needs.

Kudos to Zoe and Team
Zoe was extremely kind and generous to help welcome our stay on my wife’s birthday and the property is extremely lovely. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and kind.
