Location was acceptable although Ubers were >$40 to get anywhere, hotel lobby area was lovely, staff were great and helpful, rooms clean, however not as luxurious as we would have liked for a luxury hotel and the price.

Never again. • Wet bedding on arrival: The duvet covers were wet when I checked in. This is unacceptable from a cleanliness, comfort, and safety standpoint. • Dirty bathroom: The bathroom had not been properly cleaned (visible dirt/grime), which made the room unsanitary. • No Globalist recognition / amenities: The front desk did not acknowledge my Globalist status and did not offer daily bottled water, which is a published Globalist benefit.

Felt like a motel room and looked nothing like the photos. We had barely any lighting, and it was damp and smelled weird..

Very poor experience from check in to check out. Valet had no idea what they were doing. Bell desk left me a cart. No help nothing. Asked for a microwave never came. Room was sub par. Riot house is pathetic excuse for any form of culinary establishment. Room was never cleaned by housekeeping over a 3 day stay even after complaining. 0 out of 10.Would not recommend.

I booked a king room, city view, non smoking, as was placed in a double room, hill view, and it reeked of smoke. The front desk did nothing to remedy the situation. We ended up cancelling other nights and going elsewhere.
