Disappointed
One of the elevators wasn’t running which created a significant wait time for elevator service. The room windows and balcony were 3 feet away from an exterior wall to an adjacent building in our second floor room which allowed no natural light giving the room a very gloomy feel during all hours of the day. The room above us had a child running back and forth from 8-9 pm which created a huge noise issues. There were also some dips in the room floor and hallway that seem to be stemming from an uneven floor surface under the property’s rug. Overall, the stay was a huge disappointment from what I expected from a Michelin rated hotel.

Great experience
I had a really pleasant stay. The location is excellent, the room was clean and everything felt easy and relaxed throughout the stay. Special thanks to Ramesh who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful suite
We booked a wonderful suite, big and fantastically furnished. Everything was perfect, from the cleaning to the staff approach (both reception and valet parking). The position is strategic for tourists purposes. Fully recommended.

Disappointing stay due to cleanliness and extra charges
The room was not properly cleaned, and daily housekeeping was inconsistent. Towels and basic amenities such as water were not replenished during the stay. So if you stay 6 days be ready don’t receive cleaning, also refuse by request. Additionally, parking costs $60 per night plus tax, which significantly increased the total price and was not clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Walls are super thin, low ceiling and you can hear each step.
