Check-in Worth it Alone
I will be staying at the Chamberlain as long as Olivia works here. She made me feel like a VIP even though I'm just a regular guy.

Lovely hotel, but room not properly prepared
This is a lovely appointed hotel in a great location. The style and decor of the room was great. It was only let down by our room not being properly prepared for the three guests we had booked for. On arrival the sofa bed had not been made up, and we were only provided with towels for 2 people. We had to ask twice before managing to get extra towels. Also the bathroom has a very annoying “feature” of an automatic light switch, the results in everyone being woken up by the light if someone uses the bathroom in the night. Fortunately it was quickly resolved by the hotel engineer covering it in gaffer tape.

Great place to stay in LA!
Great hotel at a perfect quiet location centrally located. Very friendly staff. We stayed in the Premier King suite and it was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Phenomenal
From the moment I walked into Chamberlain Hotel, I knew this stay was going to be different. The second I was greeted by Olivia, she welcomed me with such a warm, genuine smile that it felt like I was seeing someone I’d known for years. She was kind, personable, and made me feel at home immediately. She was truly the highlight of my day, and that level of hospitality set the tone for my entire experience. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel itself was spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had an atmosphere that was both relaxing and inviting. The energy throughout the property just felt right and very comfortable, peaceful, and upscale without feeling pretentious. This is absolutely a place I can see myself staying again, no question about it. A huge thank you to Olivia and the entire Chamberlain Hotel team for making my stay such a memorable one.
