Good value for money in WeHo !

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Great location, you can do santa monica + sunset + melrose in weho walking. Located nearby a Erewhon, shake shack & the great dialog coffee or the incredible Mel's drive in, or the Mondrian's sky bar. Many bars around to hang out. Nearby drive from the Grove, Beverly Hills, & Hollywood. Highly recommend this hotel

They lied to my face

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Hey travelers--look at my reviews and I think you'll find I'm pretty fair. I am sure this place is OK most times, but they straight up lied to my face.  They moved our room because the first one was on a street and I asked after being in the room less than 30 seconds. For $1,300 was hoping for a bit more. See the photos for the balcony of the second "Premier" suite they gave us. I mean...how can they even sell this as a balcomy with a straight face. Whonis going to sitt out there? Then when I asked to move again--which honestly mortifies me to do--they gave me three conflicting answers: 1) they can't clean the room (I touched nothing), 2) the original room was no longer available, only an ADA room, which they still wouldn't move us to, and 3) they were out of rooms. Any of that make sense? Also there are still rooms for sale on their website for our exact dates. Honestly, brutal. This place sucks, or at least the staff I had to deal are not interested in hospitality. Manager clearly doesn't care if she literally lied (she was working at 330 PM Friday, March 20, 2026 in case anyone from the hotel actually reads these). Next time elsewhere...recommend the same with all the places available around here.

Underwhelming

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The hotel is small and well decorated. The rooftop pool area is lovely. The location is good in a quiet residential area within walking distance to Santa Monica blvd and Sunset Blvd. The street is steep and so the suites although spacious and stylish on the ground floor are partially underground. This makes them very dark. If this is important to you - avoid ground floor rooms. We stayed in room 116. Hotel is clean, WIFI is good. They charged an extra $1,000 on our credit card to cover parking/incidentals without mentioning this to us. When we complained it was brushed off with an explanation that it would be refunded at check out.

Average weird hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood in West Hollywood, within walking distance to local businesses, but nothing nearby charming or special. Plenty of grime from nearby Sunset Blvd. Lobby felt like a seniors apartment building, person checking us in was not friendly or welcoming, I felt like I was bothering him. The rooftop pool is tiny, not necessarily as pictured and VERY crowded, lots of lounge lizards, we couldnt use pool at all. Morning coffee was listed as an ammenity, no morning coffee offered, just an old in room generic kuerig. Room was spacious & clean, but balcony overlooking the street had no chairs, so could not even use balcony. Awful water pressure in shower, room had fruit flies. Room furnishings are like mid mod style, but in a tacky way. Halls smelt musty. Smokers hanging out the front entrance and flower beds had cig butts. This place feels more like an apartment building, nothing lux feeling about it. Certainly worse places to stay, but definately nothing special
