I had a wonderful stay here during my first trip to West Hollywood. At first, I was a little skeptical since this was such a last-minute couples trip, but we’re so glad we chose this place. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Flor, was incredibly welcoming and made sure my girlfriend and I felt comfortable and settled in after a long trip. The overall experience was truly 11/10 ; amazing staff, great location, and such a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Olivia at the Chamberlain Hotel in West Hollywood was seriously the sweetest and so helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel taken care of, and her kindness really stood out. She has such a warm, welcoming energy that honestly makes you want to come back. I hope other guests get the chance to meet her when they stay here because she truly made our experience better. The hotel itself was also a great find. Our room had a cool boutique Hollywood feel …stylish, comfortable, and spacious without feeling overly fancy or stuffy. I loved the mix of the bold patterned carpet, art on the walls, big lounge area, and updated touches. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and for West Hollywood, it felt like a really good value. Overall, we had such a great stay.

This is my home away from home. Love the whole staff here but “Olivia” is my gal! Don’t forget the happy hour and rooftop pool!

My favorite thing about this hotel is its location. It is prime walkable, and the hotel is kept quite clean. The rooms are stylish. It's just not worth the price because the service doesn't match up. The staff is well-meaning and kind - but it does not add up to the service standard you'd expect at this price point. I get the sense that they are doing the best they can with a very slim staff. You see the word Michelin on placards, but I don’t see that brand reflected at the property. We paid over $350/night, and we won’t make that mistake again. Issues: - At check in, you asked me what time I'd like my room serviced each day. However, my room wasn't serviced at that time. In fact, twice I had to ask for it to be serviced by the time I got back to my hotel in the afternoon. When you get it, the housekeeping is great. It’s just inconsistently delivered. Don’t set a service standard (a designated housekeeping time) if you can’t deliver it. - This property does a lot of advertising about its pool experience. On our trips to the pool, they were: out of towels, no bar attendant to be located, and dirty dishes from meals taken at the pool had been piled up by guests on the bartop. It was lame. If you look at the video online (or near the elevators), you'll see a much more posh (and barstaff attended) pool experience. Don’t come here for the pool experience. - The resort/location fee ($40/day) is laughable. What exactly is it for? Is it to cover the cost of the happy hour in the weird little restaurant area? the lobby water? Is it to repair the elevators that take forever? People are nice. Location is great. Rooms are spotless. There are just better properties at this price point.
