Chamberlain West Hollywood

Loved the hotel except for not having the bed made on a daily basis. Also the bar/restaurant closed very early. Otherwise lovely quiet hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, great location, amazing staff, disgusting housekeeping polices that involve a large suite for 2 guests getting two towels that by day 3 still hadn’t been changed. No housekeeping or beds made for 3 days, had to demand fresh towels on day 3 in the evening when we came back to the room and found for the third consecutive day nobody had touched the room, they gave us 2 new towels… OUTRAGOUS for a $1200 central WeHo location. Complimentary in-room coffee also isn’t refreshed every day so you get 2 coffee pods and packs for 2 guests regardless of how long you stay. Not worth anywhere close to the $1200 we paid to stay 3 nights / 4 days. You can stay at the Mondrian for the same price and receive daily housekeeping.

First time Australian family staying in LA. Great location, close to dining, amenities and central to most tourist attractions in and around Weho and Beverly Hills. It was nestled between Sunset and Santa Monica Blvds but had a quiet suburban feel. Contemporary hotel with an old Hollywood vibe which was evident in the architecture and styling. I found the hotel mainly appealed to 20-50 year olds and not overly family friendly, which was fine considering its location. We stayed 5 nights and were informed that we wouldn’t receive housekeeping until the 3rd day however this didn’t occur and we had to ask the desk for fresh towels on the 4th day. Parking was very expensive at $65USD ($100AUD) but if not for the parking we wouldn’t have met Enrique the valet who made the whole stay at The Chamberlain so worth it. He remembered us by name, greeted us with a smile and warmth and nothing was ever a problem. He also went out of his way to make our 5 year old feel at home to the point that when talking about our whole trip the USA he puts Enrique up there with visiting Disneyland. An absolute credit to the hotel in my opinion. I would definitely stay again based on the location and the service of Enrique.

A true gem in the heart of West Hollywood, the Chamberlain Hotel offers an exceptional boutique experience that stands out for its chic style, prime location, and phenomenal service. The hotel exudes a sophisticated, contemporary charm. From the stunning, art-filled lobby to the beautifully designed suites, every detail is thoughtfully curated. The rooms are incredibly spacious, feeling more like stylish apartments than standard hotel rooms, complete with separate living areas and cozy fireplaces. The rooftop pool deck is a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city in an intimate and relaxed setting. It’s the definition of a true boutique hotel—unique, intimate, and full of character. A shout out to Ramesh F on the front desk. He is a rare jewel. Friendly, professional, and warm. Made the check-in process fun. On a final note, parking was $65 per day. So don't take a car if you can.

Our first stop in the USA was LA and we had reservations for one night at this excellent hotel. Really lovely staff and very, very nice rooms. I highly recommend the Chamberlain West Hollywood and would not hesitate to stay there again.
