Lovely well decorated hotel that exudes glamor. We had a spacious suite with fabulous furnishings, a great bed with wonderful bedding and two huge flat-screened tvs. The marble tile in the bathroom was lovely, as was the rest of the decor. We were sorry the weather was uncooperative for the rooftop pool (a bit chilly) but enjoyed the view. We also appreciated the little restaurant downstairs. Only complaint was pricey valet parking but probably typical for LA. Great location too. Staff was very nice and acomodating. We would definitely come back.

Very good neighborhood and hotel overall. The dining experience was not good due to hair in the meals. Great valet and reception services, nice room although tiny bathroom in ratio to room size. Some great restaurants in the area as well. Fix the kitchen and sound levels in the restaurant and its a great recommendation.

The room was spacious and extremely clean . It felt more like home than a hotel . Highly recommended Location is excellent . We were able to walk to anything we wanted including Trader Joe which is around the corner The view from the roof top is amazing . Pool was clean

lovely hotel and in very nice and quiet area. The suite was huge, clean, comfy bed, large TV. ok for one person, but bathroom super small for 2 people, zero counter space. pool area was really nice and i enjoyed being on the roof top and reading. pool was a bit chilly in april, would be nice if it was warmer.

Arrived at the hotel early after our long drive from Santa Barbara. This was to be our final stop on our trip to California . Room wasn’t ready on arrival but was told they would text me when ready. After a couple of hours and no text we went back to the hotel to find the room was ready . Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant smell and I was disappointed to see we had been allocated a room which was in the basement with no direct sunlight and a balcony which faced a wall . I went back to reception to ask if there were any other rooms available and was told to come back the next day as the hotel was full . We were only staying for 3 nights so stayed put . After booking the hotel 11 months before and viewing the virtual tour which shows daylight and a French balcony , I felt it was misleading and a disappointing end to our fabulous trip . On a positive note McKinley from the bar / restaurant was fabulous and gave impeccable service .
