Beautiful view, cozy, and amazing customer service
Best hotel EVER. Jimmy at the bar has amazing customer service! Will definitely stay here every time I’m in LA. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the city.

Not welcoming and friendly
This place seems fancy the rooms are big, patterned carpets and tiles hiding stains and dirt, sensored lights. A lot of storage space no free toiletries but body wash shampoo etc available. The mini fridge is noisy I told front desk all they did was turn it off but even then you opened it and it would come on again. Also when you come to your room no free pen pad or information about attractions but a wine list and cost of the mini bar typed and left out. It seems this hotel is more money orientated. The staff don't seem welcoming and friendly and if you want your room cleaned you have to tell front desk before you leave, which is a waste of your valuable time. We came back late and although we advise would like daily cleaning it had not been cleaned properly which I think is appalling for the price and 4 star hotel. I had to phone to reception to complain for which they responded after I asked if they will provide a gesture of goodwill which they did. But as a guest I shouldn't have to ask. I have added photos of the lack of cleanliness which can be observed.

Traveling solo to enjoy the city and West Hollywood. Good location, great service, and good value.
Excellent hotel and Jimmy at the Rooftop was exceptional! Will stay again for sure. Appreciated the great rooms and good service.

Rooftop pool is the best!
The rooftop pool is amazing, Evan the bartender was very attentive and helpful, made everyday a delight. There is ample space to layout, and the settle is quiet and very chill.

Great stay at a nice location.
The suite my wife & I stayed at was top tier. Definitely a first for us. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved the proximity sensor lights. We didn't have time to use the rooftop pool but it looked amazing.
