Chamberlain West Hollywood

Lovely decor and vibe in fabulous location. Our room for three was fabulous and had plenty of room with a nice wee lounge area. Pretty surrounding streets. Great location as we were able to walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants and felt safe doing so. We caught the bus to Rodeo Dr and Walk of Fame (stars on pavement). We walked !! to Beverly Hills and yes it was about an hour or more but lovely scenery.

Booked a week stay. Sadly I had to leave after 3 days because my room smelled so terrible! It was unbearable. My eyes, nose & throat were affected to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore and had to check-out early from my week visit to move to another hotel nearby. Some of the other guests at the pool complained that their rooms smelled the same. Very disappointing as the pool, staff, food & location were all fabulous. The situation definitely put a damper on my vacation.

Beautiful hotel set in a fabulous location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Easy to get transport. Beautiful staff and always friendly.

This is probably my tenth stay at Chamberlain. It's become my go-to hotel whenever I need to stay in or near the west side of LA. It's perfectly located, tucked between the Santa Monica Blvd Rainbow District and Sunset. A very short walk in either direction, and you're right in the heart of those neighborhoods. Yet for its proximity to the West Hollywood hustle and bustle, it's a quiet and peaceful place to stay! The hotel is nicely appointed with great amenities for its price, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Rooms are nicely furnished/decorated, generously sized, and always top notch in cleanliness. Overall, very deserving of its Michelin recognition.

Disappointing room cleanliness. Expected cleaning services since charges are imposed up front. Room/shower never cleaned during stay - had to request towels.
