The Chamberlain in West Hollywood is a clean, well-kept hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and the overall vibe is pleasant. However, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, even snoring, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, nice hotel but noise can be a big issue, so I’d give it 3 stars.

Hotel was low key on the outside but very cool, clean and modern on the inside. Staff was amazing and they added nice little touches on our arrival knowing that we were coming from across the country celebrating a birthday. Pool is small but a great space, plenty of lounge seating with tremendous views. I'm a frequent traveler preferring upscale hotels and would highly recommend the Chamberlain.

Great location, you can do santa monica + sunset + melrose in weho walking. Located nearby a Erewhon, shake shack & the great dialog coffee or the incredible Mel's drive in, or the Mondrian's sky bar. Many bars around to hang out. Nearby drive from the Grove, Beverly Hills, & Hollywood. Highly recommend this hotel

Hey travelers--look at my reviews and I think you'll find I'm pretty fair. I am sure this place is OK most times, but they straight up lied to my face. They moved our room because the first one was on a street and I asked after being in the room less than 30 seconds. For $1,300 was hoping for a bit more. See the photos for the balcony of the second "Premier" suite they gave us. I mean...how can they even sell this as a balcomy with a straight face. Whonis going to sitt out there? Then when I asked to move again--which honestly mortifies me to do--they gave me three conflicting answers: 1) they can't clean the room (I touched nothing), 2) the original room was no longer available, only an ADA room, which they still wouldn't move us to, and 3) they were out of rooms. Any of that make sense? Also there are still rooms for sale on their website for our exact dates. Honestly, brutal. This place sucks, or at least the staff I had to deal are not interested in hospitality. Manager clearly doesn't care if she literally lied (she was working at 330 PM Friday, March 20, 2026 in case anyone from the hotel actually reads these). Next time elsewhere...recommend the same with all the places available around here.
