Exceptional Service from an Outstanding Valet Team!
One of the absolute highlights of our stay at the Kimpton La Peer has been the incredible valet team. RJ, Andy and Eric are truly exceptional and deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived, all three of them were warm, welcoming, professional and incredibly attentive. Every time we came in or out of the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and made to feel genuinely taken care of. They are efficient without ever making you feel rushed, and somehow manage to make something as simple as getting your car feel like part of the hospitality experience. What impressed us most was how personable they are. RJ, Andy and Eric remembered us, anticipated what we needed and always seemed genuinely happy to help. After being out in busy Los Angeles, it was such a pleasure to pull back into the hotel and be welcomed by them. A beautiful hotel is important, but it is the people who make you remember a stay, and these three absolutely do. Kimpton La Peer is very fortunate to have RJ, Andy and Eric representing the hotel. They are outstanding ambassadors for the property and a perfect example of what five star service should feel like. Five stars for the valet team, without question!

Wonderful Stay
We are staying at this hotel right now and it’s absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very nicely appointed and the staff is amazing. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating. Lady Hawk (the onsite restaurant) is delicious and should not be missed!!

Birthday to remember
Really fantastic experience! They really made my daughter’s birthday feel special, and were attentive to all of our needs from front desk to valet to housekeeping. Also, the food (room service and the restaurant) was excellent!

This is the extra soap we were given!
For the rate, this property is just poorly run and maintenance is poor! Our blinds will not stay in their tracks, the biege grout on floors has turned to black, sound insulation is poor, ice machine is so iced over that u cannot take out the bag of ice, water pressure is so low we had to use the tub hand shower to supplement. To top it off, the extra bar soap is just shameful! It’s something u get at a motel 6! There are definitely better values in the area.
