Amazing 🤩
I absolutely love staying at this hotel. Anytime I’m in Los Angeles for work or to catch a USC game, this is my go-to spot. It’s non-negotiable for me. The staff is incredible—they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the day you check out. They genuinely care about every detail, and that level of hospitality keeps me coming back every single time.

Five stars for the hotel, Ten stars for Joseph!
Joseph was truly one of the highlights of our stay! Every interaction we had with him over the few days we were there was so warm, kind and genuinely hospitable. He consistently went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, and it honestly made the entire experience so much more memorable. You can have a beautiful hotel, but the staff is what really makes a stay exceptional, and Joseph absolutely did that for us. The hotel has both, which is what made it so special!

May visit
We booked 4 rooms for a graduation at this hotel in May. In general staff was very accommodating and lobby was well appointed. The rooms however are not 4 or 5 star and desperately need some repairs and renovations. Carpet was stained and furniture was worn.

Great Hotel
Came into town for fathers day. We always stay at the kimpton. all of the staff is friendly at all times and very helpful, also they are super dog friendly. great hotel
