Pendry West Hollywood

One of the prettiest hotels and the nicest and most friendly staff. Whenever we had issues any of the staff jumped in to help. The receptionists gave us great recommendations and explained a lot of the process clearly. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay! Would definitely love to stay there again and recommend to others!

Excellent hotel- the staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful, loved the rooftop pool & restaurant. We were upgraded to a city view which was gorgeous. The room was exceptional & there is a steamer in each room which is brilliant!

The Pendry West Hollywood is outstanding! The location is great, the rooms are luxurious, the food and beverages terrific and the rooftop pool and bar area are phenomenal! The hotel has a boutique hotel vibe even though it is larger than a typical boutique hotel. We feel very comfortable and at home whenever we stay at the Pendry. We are treated as valued guests. Every associate made our stay memorable - every single one! The associates who went above and beyond included Asaf, Doug, Zoe and Tiffany at the front desk. They are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Asaf and Doug, in particular are wonderful ambassadors for the Pendry. We've stayed at the Pendry previously and on our first trip Doug spent a good amount of time helping us become acquainted with everything. On this particular trip, I had a little issue with the room (our issue, and not a Pendry issue). Asaf went over the top to change the room to ensure that we were happy. He truly cared and went out of his way. We can't thank him enough. It made our stay an exceptional one. Upstairs at the pool, Pedro, Dustin and Dillon were very helpful and accommodating, as was Dennis for breakfast. Every associate is warm, friendly, helpful and professional. The Pendry West Hollywood has assembled a terrific team and it showed throughout our stay. It is definitely our hotel of choice when visiting the area. We'll be back - thank you all for another terrific stay!

Pendry is a nice boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The valet, front desk, bar, and pool staff were absolutely WONDERFUL. The Hostess at the restaurant, however, was extremely rude and dismissive despite my advance reservation (we are from out of town). The Restaurant Manager (especially) and the Waitress corrected all disappointment though, which is why I will definitely be back. Thank you Pendry!

Horrible customer service at a great location, beautiful hotel. Staff was great except at the front desk. Rooms were clean. Pool was great.
