Pendry West Hollywood

Have stayed at the hotel several times over the years and this last trip it seems as if maintenance is getting deferred, and their overall quality of service is slipping. Various public places were in need of repair and the carpeting in our hallway had numerous soil stains

Amazing experience overall with great customer service. Our valet, D. Lo, especially went above and beyond! He was professional and welcoming and handled our car with care. It was our first time staying at the Pendry and he took the time to give us helpful tips about the hotel and area. Super satisfied with the service here and would stay again.

The hotel and amenities were impressive, however the experience was enhanced by the exceptional staff and the reception we received as guests. The Pendry West Hollywood is unique and located centrally offering easy access to most anywhere in Hollywood. The Rooftop bar and pool offer amazing views of the surrounding area and downtown and I would definitely recommend the use of the 2-lane bowling alley situated in the basement of the hotel. We had a great time and the hotel was the perfect place to relax in house as well as venture out and enjoy our first trip to Hollywood. We visited amazing local restaurants Like "Dialog" and "All-Time". The Comedy Club was literally just across the street. We visited a few of Hollywood's food and vintage markets on the weekend and all were within a short drive or taxi ride from the Pendry West Hollywood. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Pendry is a new, shiny, lux property right on Sunset Blvd, right across from the Comedy store. Rooms are spacious with nice finishes and bathrooms. Hotel amenities are similarly luxurious with a rooftop pool, dining, a basement bowling alley, etc. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar which hosts breakfast and dinner (Merios- by Wolfgang Puck); it's quite good and offers a fantastic view of LA. The Sun Rose is an on site concert and performance venue - be sure to check who's performing before you go- tickets sell out! A few things to note: service and the staff are generally great. The valet was quite professional, on site parking is $75 a night. They do offer turn down service if you ask, but it seems it might not be that common, as our turn down service was inconsistent at best (seemed incomplete and was different each night). Overall, the location and rooms are just what we were looking for, and we would recommend it for a future stay!

Brilliant hotel super friendly staff and great facilities incl an indoor bowling alley! Great food at the hotel and location with nice perks like free car to use whilst there. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area - already looking forward to it
