Adrienne in concierge. Booked us a fabulous restaurant. Such a lovely hotel with great staff.

The hotel was clean and no issues. Upon arrival we were straight away asked if we wanted an upgrade for an extra 150 dollars a night. It didn’t feel very personable, how was your flight etc just very transactional. Overall cleanliness was good. We didn’t really try the breakfast so can’t comment. If you like a quiet out of the way location then this is for you. Beverly Hills was a 10min taxi drive away which is more busy and more touristy. Around this hotel besides from a few places to eat there’s not much around. Closest convenience store was quite far as well. To use the rooftop pool I think it’s an extra cost which was a bit off putting. Overall it was a good stay, can’t really complain. Probably wouldn’t stay here again and would find a hotel with a bit more liveliness.

Beautiful property in a prime spot on sunset blvd. The rooms are spacious and bright and curated thoughtfully. The staff was by far my favorite. Made the hotel feel like a home instead of just a place to lay your head on a vacation. The Lobby Concierge Adrienne was wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcomed and cared for during my stay. Keep her forever! Other notable lovely and helpful staff was Kristen and Dee. They are so great at anticipating needs. Also gave amazing suggestions for food and fun in the area. It’s a 10/10 for me! Definitely coming back here!!

Had an amazing time celebrating mine and my partners 30th birthday at the hotel and also stayed in a suite Friday to Monday. Service was absolutely amazing throughout the stay with a big shout out to Adrienne at Concierge, Han that helped us move everything from our car to room and event space, Nick in Catering and Tanisha from event staff. We were so well taken care of and had the best weekend! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a big life event they are wanting to celebrate or just need a weekend get-a-way!

10/10 experience - between hotel ambience, amenities, and staff!! We were greeted by Doug (so friendly and eager to please) and the concierge lead, Adrienne - she was freaking amazing. Sushi Samba is the hottest joint in town right now, booked out for weeks, and she landed us a reservation for later that evening. Will definitely be coming back!
