What a lovely retreat in the heart of West Hollywood! Tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac, the Sunset Marquis is an oasis. The staff is exquisite and beyond helpful. Our room was meticulous, quiet, and inviting. We slept so well. We hit both the bar and restaurant and truly enjoyed each experience. We loved the vintage photos, exquisite vegetation, and the Khoi pond! We plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

I loveeee this hotel, i highly recommend staying here. This is a beautiful hotel with good service. It's not as easy to find a hotel like this that has the staff members like this place because they are all so nice . We personally love it here & how clean the Establishment is . I have been staying at the Sunset Marquis since 2008 and every stay exceeds the last. Klaus, Logan, Jesse, Chase, Oscar and David at Cavatina made this particular stay very special for me. As a woman traveling solo - to find a place that feels as safe and familiar as Sunset Marquis is rare. The lack of turnover in their staff is a testament in and of itself. The food is absolutely incredible at Cavatina and it’s such a magical space after dark. The villas feel like a tropical oasis, even though you are only a few minutes from the sunset strip. And the bed. Oh my god the bed. Between that, the dreamy terrace and the only shower I’ve ever found with quality water pressure I honestly didn’t want to leave my hotel room - and that NEVER happens when I’m traveling. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The super cool rock and roll history of SM is just another immensely fun layer to it all. I just left today and am already planning my next trip to LA and SM ASAP.

We had a great experience at Sunset Marquis. Staff members are friendly and professional. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and our room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The photo gallery in the lobby is a nice bonus. We didn't use the restaurant and bar much (breakfast one day, cocktails another day), but when we did, everything was delicious. The hotel is very close to Sunset, but you would never guess that while you're there - it feels like a secluded retreat. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again!

All the staff are wonderful - Sarah and Chase at the front desk were especially welcoming and helpful! The outdoor restaurant is absolutely delicious and gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable, the shower was luxurious, and dual sinks very handy. Well-stocked Keurig in room, along with personal toiletry conveniences and plenty of glassware at the dining table - really loved these touches since so many hotels skimp on all these things now. In our room there was a bit of wear and tear (scuffed corners on the furniture, and single paned windows let noise in), but overall loved our time there and would definitely return.
