I had such an amazing experience. It was our first time traveling with my 4 month old baby, and the staff was super helpful. They allowed us to check into our room early with the baby which was a huge help. Rooms were clean, and they even provided us with a crib. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pan Pacific Whistler Village is in a great location, easy to find; located close to the Village Stroll & Whistler Village Gondola. There is underground heated self-parking (for a fee) & valet. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, but the front desk agent phoned when it was. Our room was located in the corner on the 7th floor; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, kitchen & living room - it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, even a toddler sized robe for our son. They served a complimentary hot breakfast, it was basic & didn't change day-to-day, but it worked for us. The breakfast room was so cozy & had a beautiful patio if you choose to sit outside & the staff were all very nice. The outdoor pool was lovely, but could have been warmer. The hot tubs were nice too. We're really happy we stayed here & plan to return next summer.

Very clean & comfortable rooms. Very good choice & spread for breakfast. Dissapointed that we had to pay 3 days car parking as we only stayed 2 nights (arrived after 4pm on arrival day & checked out by 10am on final morning.

Our family recently stayed here for my sister’s wedding — an event that brought a large group and a significant amount of business to the hotel. The property itself is nice, but our experience was soured by poor customer service and operational issues. Only one elevator was working all weekend, which caused long waits and frustration for a fully booked hotel. To make matters worse, my mom had an unavoidable change to her travel plans and needed to cancel just one night of her stay. Despite the amount of business we brought for the wedding, the hotel refused to offer a refund or even partial credit. We weren’t asking for special treatment, just a little flexibility given the circumstances. It’s disappointing to see a hotel prioritize rigid policy over guest relationships, and we will likely choose a different hotel for future family gatherings.

Mini suite with kitchenette, separate bedroom with king and living room with queen sofabed. Surprised to find a spacious balcony area but unable to use it. A bit dark even in the middle of the afternoon. Had to turn all the lights on and it was a beautiful sunny day outside. Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a small family. Food is expensive in the village, so this kitchenette is a bonus to make your own meals. Clean and well appointed. No drawers for clothing...tall closets probably for ski gear...some sort of adjustable shelving for the summer guests would be nice. Don't know what the bad reviews of the breakfast are about. It's typically hotel style...precooked and kept on warming trays. I suppose if you're one of the later guests, it might be picked over or not as fresh. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, toast & pastries, waffles, all condiments, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, cheese, cold cuts, fresh whole fruit, coffee, tea and juices. Ample. Not sure if they have provisions for special diets ie: gluten free or vegan. Good but not as exceptional as something made to order of course. Was there for a massage, spa day and it did not disappoint. Guests have full access to the hot tub, sauna and swimming "lane", not really a pool until 10 pm. The Pan Pacific Whistler day spa is exceptional. Highly recommend you take the time to use the hot tub and facilities after your massage. Lastly, the parking was confusing and better instructions would have helped. Know before you go. Make sure you understand how to get to the parking area and what the fees actually are before you enter to lot. Beware that if you park in levels P1-P3, you are subject to the parking meter rate which could be lower, but is not part of the Pan Pacific. Level P4 is where you want to go but you must obtain your key from the front desk first to access this level.
