It was absolutely amazing, beautiful 😍 I definitely recommend it! The room was clean, with everything you need, a kitchenette with cutlery and everything! Very affordable

We were assisted immediately by a valet who collected all our luggage and brought it inside. Our room was upgraded as well (same type just a higher floor). Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Bed was excellent, and huge. Blackout curtains were amazing as well. Breakfast each morning was filling and good food. The valet could drive us to the nearby sliding centre which was very helpful given the snowfall. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't eat in the Raven Room but the village is full of great places. Would stay again.

Comfortable clean room with a quality kitchenette and stand alone shower and tub. Quiet, cozy with gas flame fire place and very well located within the village and short walk to the chairs.

Only two EV spots for the entire hotel with one of the spots in a designated handicapped spot. Why on earth would one of two EV spots be for handicapped only?? Ice machine only on bottom floor, only one eievator of two for entire hotel was working. Sink in ensuite wouldn’t drain. Bottom rack of dishwasher was broken. The hotel was on its first day of re opening after “renovation”. Unclear what was renovated. Nothing appeared refreshed. Would not recommend this hotel- stayed at the Crystal Lodge last year which is a far nicer hotel for the same or less money.
