The bartenders are amazing! Very creative and craft a drink to your liking! Very friendly and exactly what you want in a bar! As someone who has a big social media presence in the mixology industry these guys go above and beyond! Definitely check out the bar in the evening

The employees in your hotel could not be more pleasant and helpful. Milly in your food service department goes out of her way to be warm and welcoming. Franklin at the bar offered the banes of nearby restaurants he thought we might enjoy. Warm and kind. I am very much enjoying my stay with you.

I had an amazing stay at the Sonesta Downtown for our business stay solely because of the excellent care I received from Nash G., his attention to detail was impeccable. He made sure every aspect of our stay was covered. He made out experience top tier!

Despite a 4 hr delay, Sonesta Hotel staff make checking in seamess. Previous day manager made sure the night manager Noel, knew we were coming in after midnight. He was a delight to work with. Rooms were immaculate and ours had most awesome bath/shower design I ever experienced. Airport shuttle was right on time; everything at Sonesta smoothed over a trip that started in chaos. My wife and I agree, and we are usually Marriot customes, this was possibly best hotel stay ever Thank you Sonesta!

The hotel room was very comfortable. However while the staff is for the most part very good and gracious, one in particular was very short and rude to say the least. That would be an Ana R. who handles the morning shift at the shop where you can get a toasted bagel in the morning. There was no customer service to me from the moment I walked up to the counter while it seemed to be overflowing for those who didn't look the same as me. Despite that bad experience, I want to mention three other staff in particular who made me feel important and did not appear to have a problem with the color of my skin. They are Iris Arraes, Jose Dizzine, and Christopher Hickman. Whatever the hotel is paying them they should double it.
