My self and my husband just want to thank Joe and every single member of the Rathsallagh team. My daughter Chloe and her new husband Alan had their wedding on the 27th of February this year and it was amazing from stat to finish . Everyone made us feel so special 💓 thank you housekeeping staff 💖 bar staff ,our wonderful wedding coordinator (especially)Receptionist, just Everyone 😅 we were made to feel like royalty and we can't thank you enough 😊 Rathsallagh is so special and we felt like we were in our own little family bubble ❤️ the food was amazing🥰 I could go on and on but we just want to say thank you all so much for such a special experience ❤️ just exceptional ❤️

We could not have been happier with our wedding at Rathsallagh House 😊 We live in Australia and only saw the venue in person for the first time on our wedding day - but from the start, the communication was super clear and Megan was so friendly that we always felt at ease. We genuinely trusted them to make our special day perfect, and they truly did. The house itself is spectacular. Driving up the avenue, we felt incredibly lucky to be getting married there. We had 70 guests at our wedding which was in the drawing room. We loved the cosy, warm, Christmas atmosphere. What we loved most, though, was the staff. We felt so special and so well looked after all day. Tara was our wedding coordinator on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was supportive, warm and professional — exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We had the glam room that morning, which was the perfect way to start the day. The room is beautiful and the food was lovely. Our guests are still talking about the two lads behind the bar — they were fantastic all night. The day after the wedding, Nikki kindly and enthusiastically took us on a tour of the house so we could see all the rooms. Our bridal room was amazing — we loved the bath, and enjoying a nice coffee brought to our room. We honestly can’t wait to return and wish we could do it all over again.

Not sharing when I was there because Joe has a Sherlock Holmes nature about him. This was not good, the surrounds are beautiful, no doubting that. But the place needs a good clean. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The food, well it was just okay. Calling slop in a soup bowl is something other than soup, IMO. Putting people in an annex/stables and charging them the same as the rooms in the main house is wrong and robbery. The rug under the best was stained and just dirty. I did not like this place and will not be returning. Okay Joe, hit me with it. In the meantime have someone come in and shampoo your rugs and just dust the joint. BTW, the breakfast is truly wonderful, a lot better than the food served otherwise.

We had our wedding here on the 31st of January 2026! From start to finish it was exceptional! Joe, Catherine, and Megan from the wedding team couldn’t have done enough for us. And Amy and Rose and the reservations team were so accommodating for every member of my family and friends. 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue that is made for fun.
