What an absolute pleasure it was staying at Windhoek Country Club Resort. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply spot on. What stood out most was not only the beautiful setting and exceptional hospitality, but the people who made the experience truly memorable. Charlene, Joel, Sylvia, King, Dennis and so many others went out of their way to make me feel welcome and genuinely looked after. There is something special about a place where the service feels personal, the atmosphere is warm, and the people take pride in what they do. That was my experience here. I travel and work in hospitality myself, so I notice the little things, and I can honestly say that the team at Windhoek Country Club Resort got them right. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and for the wonderful memories. I will certainly be back. To the entire team: thank you for making a great hotel feel like a great experience.

40th celebration

The worst check-in experience ever
The check in experience is a nightmare. Understaffed. Won’t check in even at the checkout time. The room was not cleaned on time so we had to sit at the lobby and wait until the room was delayed in being cleaned. The staff was not at all empathetic and with great attitude. Understaffed and horribly experienced.
