Sedona Hotel Yangon

My experience at Sedona was one of the worst experience in my life. Because of the hotel's poor system, I had trouble logging into the WIFI every time I extended my stay. When I asked for help to one of the receptionists, Ms. Sin Thu, I ended up getting YELLED AT, instead of kind service. I was confused and very much upset about her tone & manner. I can understand the cultural difference, but this kind of happening is not normally expected in 5-star hotels. I never heard any apologies from her even after I delivered my complaint to the duty manager. Additionally, as I stayed for more than 7 days, I had to ask for room cleaning few times. Even after the room cleaning, there was trash on the floor. Even the used tea cups and glasses were not cleaned. They didn't take back some cutlery ordered to the room. I'm afraid other guests would be disappointed and humiliated like I was. I hope the management team is aware of this matter and improve their service in general.

I have an occasion during last month, I got a very good hospitality from hotel restaurant that I found more than expected. Also I see very good accommodation and relatively services, I do very thank for all staff and service providers from your side, it has great benefits for me during my visit

Ms. Hla Noe Kywel is a truly outstanding and excellent employee. This is my 7th time coming back to Sedona Hotel. I keep returning because of the excellent service and the delicious food. I would especially like to mention the Assistant Manager, Ma Hla Noe Kywel, who provides outstanding service. I have known her since the time she was at the Chinese restaurant. She has excellent knowledge of the food and explains everything clearly and professionally. The dishes prepared by the Chinese chef are truly delicious. Today, when I visited D’Cuisine Restaurant, she once again explained the menu in detail. The Beef Lasagna, Chicken Rice, and Chicken Breast were all very tasty. I will definitely come back again in the future.

During my stay at Sedona Hotel Yangon, I visited the Sedona Lobby Lounge with a friend. We were initially unsure what to order, but Hpauje Seng Pan, a staff member who provided excellent service and was very friendly, kindly explained the menu in detail and recommended three drinks. Among them, my favorite was the Signature Movie Night Cocktail, which I found delightful and thoroughly enjoyable. The lounge itself is very comfortable, offering a relaxed atmosphere where guests can unplug, sit back, and savor their drinks. The staff throughout the lounge were attentive and professional, making our visit extremely pleasant. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Yangon.

It is a good hotel. We have a good time there. Pool is nice and clean. Staff are nice.Yan Yan from FI team is good to talk and nice to me.
