We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and one of the main reasons is the service coming from the front desk. We will like to commend Thet Htar for her dedication to her role as well as her highest standard of professionalism. During or first day, we first met Thet Htar, whom assisted us to arrahge for our frozen stuff to be kept in the freezer. On our last day, we had many luggages and require assistance to bring them down to the lobby. We were surprised to see Thet Htar coming up alone, and also able to accomplish moving our luggage successfully (this is what I deem as optimised productivity and her dedication). Lastly, she took in our instructions for the luggages to be transported up the limousine bus, including for the frozen stuff to be released last. Lastly, we were so impressed with her services that we gave her 1,000 yen and she uprightly rejected, in which we insisted and left on the table, only for her to run after us and return the note back to us. We highly value this professionalism of hers and will definitely return back to the hotel whenever we travel to Yokohama. The hotel is all about providing a high standard of service in all aspects to customers, and Thet Htar is the perfect example and such exemplary performance is also the reason for Yokohama Park Royal Hotel to be the top hotel in the city.

We only stayed one night but loved it! The views were incredible as it is the highest building in the area and we could see Mt Fuji from our window! It is a little bit of a walk or transfer from the major Shinkansen stations which was a little inconvenient but worth it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the area is very walkable with several options for dining, etc. in the immediate area.

O MY GOD, this is the best we have stayed at in a long time, if you enjoy great or should I say excellent and attentive service this is the hotel. The view from our 61st floor room was just like the photo here. Had to have my suit pressed for my sons wedding and the staff was on it, just a short call and they were there and had my suit back in just a couple hours, they are the most polite staff we have encountered in some time. The Sky restaurant is great, and the breakfast buffet was also very good. We will be coming back in the spring and look forward to staying here again.

Royal Park Hotel Yokohama has been always my number one choice. The room is spacious, great view, good amenities, clean and pretty. Airport shuttle stops at the hotel before going to YCAT. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor has American, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese foods. The hotel has foreign currency exchange machine. A little far from main tourist area such as China town, Kansai station and Yamashita park. Other hotels in the area are either a lot more expensive for upper grade or less expensive for fewer star hotels with very small room.

The hotel is located in the Yokohama Landmark Tower, and if the bayside room, you get a breathtaking view of the Minatomirai area. About the bar, good place for relax and enjoy a drink in a comfortable space. The staff's hospitality was excellent.This hotel is located in middle of the city Sakuragicho, Yokohama.It is easy to access to the Minatomirai area from the hotel, and it was a good point. You can stroll around, enjoy food and go sightseeing.
