Amazing hotel, great Spa package.
Excellent Spa package in an incredible hotel. 100% will go again. The food was amazing, the staff courteous and friendly, the Spa had everything we wanted, all this is such a beautiful hotel.

Amazing hotel and staff!
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Fantastic staff, really helpful and friendly. Gorgeous room, and a surprising upgrade to celebrate our special occasion. Breakfast was plentiful and really good quality. Could not fault anything, exactly the special experience we were looking for.

Fabulous place to stay, staff amazing.
We have just left the hotel after staying one night to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant.

Lovely hotel, handy to everything
While in my solo trip I decided on a spontaneous trip to York, and to treat myself to a more upmarket hotel stay. This place is beautiful. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. The young gentleman who helped me to my room was lovely, and shared a bit of history about the hotel. Food was always lovely, they make a pretty mean cocktail. The three nights I had there were wonderful and I'd stay again if I ever came over to the uk again.
