Everything about our stay was phenomenal. We cannot wait to come back. Our suite was so beautiful, clean, luxurious, pampering. The outdoor shower was insane. The jacuzzi, the steam shower. So great. Breakfast was fantastic. Service was so attentive. Shuttle service is brilliant. Pool area is gorgeous. We did not want to leave. Thank you for a great stay

From start to finish, Bardessono truly exceeded every expectation. The level of service began weeks before we even checked in — the concierge and front desk reached out ahead of time to confirm details, help with planning, and make us feel like valued guests before we ever set foot on property. Even in the days leading up to our arrival, communication was thoughtful, timely, and personal. The hotel itself is stunning — understated modern luxury with a serene Napa feel. We stayed in the Tufano Suite, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The highlight was the spa-style bathroom, which felt like a private sanctuary. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. From the front desk to the concierge to valet, every team member was professional, attentive, and warm. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. One of the most unique perks is complimentary access to Bardessono’s fleet of brand-new Lexus vehicles — the perfect way to explore Napa Valley in comfort and style. And the location could not be more perfect — right in the heart of Yountville, directly across the street from favorites like Bouchon and Bottega, and within walking distance to many of Napa’s best restaurants and tasting rooms. Bardessono delivers the ideal balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. A true five-star Napa experience — we can’t wait to return.

The hotel is beautiful but did not feel like a luxury experience. By 9am the coffee and pastries were gone and we had to wait 30min for more coffee. The sheets were stained and housekeeping was apologetic but the front desk was not.

Everyone was so helpful from the moment our car door was opened. The front desk accommodated me with information about the developer to the architectural features, etc. Being an Environmentalist... I massively appreciated so much of the hotel is done in sustainable materials. Also, the toiletries used in the hotel were products I could safely use (ORGANIC & VEGAN), in fact, I have since bought some of the same. I appreciate quality materials. Their gardens & walkways are beautiful. The only recommendation is... having a few more restaurant options for VEGANS would be nice. I am NOT complaining, I'm just explaining. I SO appreciated the complimentary WATERS in recyclable containers (NOT in plastic!) - so beautiful to be seen carrying them thru my day. I truly loved my stay @BARDESSONO.
