Napa Valley Lodge

It could not have been improved upon. Breakfast was a great start to each day that just got better as the day went on. Grounds were amazing and the amenities well thought out and special. Took mere minutes to be in the center of town for even more delightful experiences!

What a wonderful place to spend a staycation. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted. We got to meet the General manager of the hotel and chat with him about the hotel, Yountville, favorite foods etc. He is very passionate about the hotel and you can tell puts a lot of attention to detail to make it as beautiful and well kept as it is. The location was perfect, literally walking distance to all the amazing places, from French laundry, Bouchon, markets, wineries, bakeries, and so much more. But if walking isn't your thing, they have adorable cruiser bikes with baskets designed to securely hold wines! We tried the tandem, a first for us, and because everything there is flat and bike friendly, we actually really loved it. The hotel floors are wonderfully carpeted with thick over padded carpet so you don't make noise below. The hot tub was perfectly hot. The included breakfast was wonderful. All in all I couldn't find one thing I didn't like about the place. We celebrated my birthday, and they had a bottle of Chandon waiting chilled for us! Really an incredible stay! Thank you Napa Valley Lodge!!!

Absolute perfection in the Napa Region. Yountville is also the perfect location for touring all the area vineyards. Staff s friendly, rooms are spacious and pool fire pits are the most incredible end to your day.

Another wonderful trip to the Napa valley was had and Napa Valley Lodge was a big part of it. This is our third year staying at NVL for an annual ladies trip. Although the room decor could use a little updating, they are large and comfortable. We stayed in room 32 which was a 2 queen room. We loved the breakfast, rooms were cleaned spotlessly each day and the staff was friendly. Those who have ambulatory issues should note there is not an elevator on this property so choose your room wisely. Also, this property does not offer a local shuttle which could make it quite a walk to and from restaurants at the south end of town when Uber/Lyft is not available.

We stayed at Napa Valley Lodge for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and wineries, yet quiet and relaxing once you’re on property. It really felt like a peaceful escape. The atmosphere was comfortable and quietly luxurious, making it a great spot for a romantic getaway without feeling overdone. Our room was inviting, and everything felt thoughtful and easy throughout the stay. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the staff truly made a difference. Everyone we encountered—from breakfast to housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and we genuinely felt cared for. We left feeling refreshed and would absolutely return. Napa Valley Lodge will be at the top of our list the next time we’re in Napa.
