North Block Hotel

This was my first time staying at North Block with my partner and it was the loveliest experience! It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located to easily get to restaurants, coffee, and tasting rooms. We will absolutely be back!

My wife and I recently stayed at North Block Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and exactly the type of property we enjoy—upscale without feeling stuffy, intimate rather than sprawling, and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. If I'm being picky, the mattress and pillows were a little softer than my personal preference, but that's entirely subjective and didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful stay. The service was exactly what you would hope for at this price point. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The experience felt personal and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. What really made the trip special was the location. Yountville turned out to be the perfect home base for exploring Napa Valley. It's centrally located with easy access to Napa, St. Helena, and countless wineries, restaurants, and tasting rooms. At the same time, Yountville itself is charming, walkable, and wonderfully quiet in the evenings. We loved being able to stroll through town, enjoy great meals, and relax without the crowds and bustle of larger destinations. Although we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked fantastic. We did spend time in the courtyard during happy hour, and it was one of our favorite parts of the property—beautiful, relaxing, and full of wine-country charm. We've stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and North Block is exactly the kind of place we'd return to. If you're looking for a boutique luxury experience in Napa Valley with exceptional service and an ideal location, it's hard to imagine a better choice.

I booked 3 rooms here for a special get away and am so happy I did! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and attentive. I love that they include a lot of freebies most places would charge for. Great location, wonderful adult pool area, great selection of wine and whiskey for HH, cookies are to die for! Thanks to the cleaning and turndown staff as well, above and beyond!! They’ve thought of everything here!

We loved our stay at North Block! We were welcomed by Davis and Brian with a glass of wine then proceed to our room. They highlighted their amenities on the property and recommendations within Yountville. The hotel room had everything we needed included bottles of water and an espresso machine. Housekeeping offers turn down service with a small box of macaroons which are delicious! Breakfast is included in your stay and they offer coffee, tea, eggs, breakfast links, croissants, muffins and mimosas. The entire property is very clean and you can utilize the pool and hot tub 24/7. The hotel is located North of Yountville Center but walkable to shops and restaurants.
