We love North Block !!
Everything that we hoped for and more. Beautiful grounds, top notch room in a great location. What sets it apart is the customer service. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, with a special shout out to Carter. He truly went above and beyond. We are already in the process of booking a return trip.

North Block INCREDIBLE!
Stayed at North Block three incredible nights. The entire staff was lovely from Carter to Rafael… Both were helpful, attentive and CHEERFUL! The meal in the restaurant was spectacular on our arrival night, my aunties enjoyed the lovely complimentary breakfast each morning, and the bed was the most comfortable I’d ever slept in… Homemade cookies upon arrival and a chilled glass of vino next to the crackling fire. We were fortunate to have massages in the spa on first day too. Excellent! If I could give TEN STARS for North Block, I would! Phenomenal location.

Very convenient location. Good size clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Easy walk to shopping and dinning in Yountville. Overall great, although they They could improve their breakfast offering.

Relaxing extended weekend stay
This was such a cute stay! We came across the North Block hotel while we were looking for places to stay for an extended weekend. The hotel was definitely easy to find, and we loved how there were dedicated parking spaces for guests. Upon arrival, we were not anticipating our room to be ready yet, but the front desk staff (Davis, and sorry we didn't catch the other gentleman's name!) informed us our room was ready, and offered us a welcome drink! The room was lovely, but we absolutely LOVED the bathroom! The heated floors felt amazing, and the double sinks and the large soaking tub just added to the experience. Other amenities include a 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub, a spa, and bicycles to cruise around town. Everything is a short walk away, which was also nice. There was daily breakfast offered, and their onsite restaurant also offered a daily happy hour. This hotel definitely is thoughtful - I had indicated we were celebrating our anniversary, and there was a little card in our room and some treats. Staff are also very kind and accommodating. We would definitely come back for another stay!

What impressed me about the hotel was the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. No matter what you ask for, they are kind and receptive and try to deliver it. That means a lot to me as a guest - to be treated at that level. It began from the minute I walked in the lobby and continued all the way up the line.

Every detail was 5 star - - from making the reservation to stepping out and immediately being greet with glasses of sparkling wine at check-in, to the tour of our Premium room with our own private patio, California King, and heated bathroom floors, to the personalized note signed by the hotel's proprietor welcoming us to the hotel.
