Will Always Stay at North Block Hotel
We just came back from a wonderful trip to Napa, and North Block Hotel and Restaurant were a big part of our happiness. Every staff member we met was kind and wanted to be sure that we were good. We enjoyed the coffee, continental breakfast, and mimosas at the front desk in the mornings. We enjoyed the nightcaps at the front desk after dinner. We got to know the bartenders well every evening at the restaurant, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant, too. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and large. The grounds are charming and it's so nice that it's a boutique hotel, so we never felt crowded. We loved Yountville, we walked to three restaurants, which was convenient. And lastly, I (embarrassingly) left clothes in drawer, and North Block Hotel mailed them back to me (no charge) and they were clean! In summary, we all decided that we can't think of a reason why we'd stay anywhere other than North Block. Thanks to the whole NB team!

North Block Hotel - Perfection
What an amazing experience in the heart of wine country. Loved the small atmosphere of the hotel. Very friendly staff. The tasting menu was a highlight. The rooms were luxurious! The little touches made the difference - Nespresso machine, bath salts, chocolates, champagne. Would stay every time we visit!

Villa Vibes in Yountville- Better than an Airbnb
One of the most beautiful and cozy hotel experiences I've had in Napa Valley. It was like being in a Tuscan villa with a courtyard and restaurant to leisurely enjoy. Cozy fire, welcome drinks, night caps, breakfast all included. The restaurant and bar had a local vibe in the evening which was fun and interesting. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

North Block is a must stay!
Jessica and her team at the north block hotel are beyond fabulous. This turned out to be an engagement trip, and they made it truly so special for us. The property is beautiful, and the service, food and drinks are outstanding. I would recommend that if you are looking to stay in Yountville, you must stay here! Thank you to everyone who made our first Napa trip so memorable. We will talk about this trip and your generosity for years to come. We cannot wait to come back!

Not so much this visit
The turn down service is so lovely; as is the heated floors and bathroom amenities. Unfortunately the nesspreso machine didn’t work, the concierge weren’t the most accommodating (didn’t offer bag service when I checked out), there was a large, noisy and cursing party at the pool. We paid the same rate as the previous stay and were in a much smaller room with weird smells and I was just not thrilled. Normally this is an amazing, beautiful stay

What impressed me about the hotel was the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. No matter what you ask for, they are kind and receptive and try to deliver it. That means a lot to me as a guest - to be treated at that level. It began from the minute I walked in the lobby and continued all the way up the line.

Every detail was 5 star - - from making the reservation to stepping out and immediately being greet with glasses of sparkling wine at check-in, to the tour of our Premium room with our own private patio, California King, and heated bathroom floors, to the personalized note signed by the hotel's proprietor welcoming us to the hotel.
