Beautiful hotel surrouded by nature and sea.
Great location with beautiful garden, heated pools and private beach. Wide range of food on breakfast and dinner. The manager of the hotel was concern about every guest and tried to resolve every ocured problem. The only our complaint was the mattress.

Excellent and Easy Family Option
Excellent family hotel for pool/ beach holiday. The leisure facilities are first class - huge gym/ tennis/ padel etc. Old town of Zadar is beautiful and 20-30 minutes by Uber/ Bolt approx 25 Euro. Our children took part in the Arsenal Development Football Camp which was exceptionally well organised and a great experience - great staff and facilities.

Just avoid this hotel
Cleanliness was an issue and also the way they tried to resolve the problem. If you can, please avoid this Falekensteiner Iadera. No value for money

terrible expirience
the internet was terrible the screws on the bunk bed ladder loose the pillows were obnouxious the celling of the bunk bed were scribbled in red we also had only 1 water bottle for a family of 4 mind you!, dont recomend coming here there is way better hotels out there in zadar

A Hotel Without Beds – Revolutionary Concept!
Why bother with a bed when you can just drop a single mattress on the floor and call it a night? That’s exactly what I walked into — one lonely mattress, no bed frame, nothing else. I didn’t expect luxury, but I also didn’t expect to feel like I was crashing at a friend’s place after a party. If this was an attempt at minimalist chic, it missed the mark. Later, they moved the mattress onto a sofa — as if that somehow made it okay. It didn’t. This setup was far from acceptable. Would not recommend.
