Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort

As soon as you arrive at this hotel, you know that you are in for something special. Definitely, the best hotel that we have stayed at. The staff are extremely attentive and very pleasant with very broad smiles. Your bag is taken care of while you have a welcoming drink and a very tasty chocolate ice. Everywhere is spotless and your bedroom is cleaned repeatedly The views from the bar are beautiful. you are then escorted to your room which has a Jacuzzi and a private pool outside. Unfortunately, the patio area is in the shade most of the day, but this can be a huge relief when the weather is hot. Hotel has artificial rills throughout . A superb design and the rooms have a grass roof which is regularly cut by an automatic mower. Breakfast is as good as you’ll get anywhere in the world, I particularly liked the spicy sausages in the morning and the smoked salmon. You have a choice of omelettes. Wendy was very keen on the fruit tarts and vanilla slices. We counted at least four restaurants to choose from and tried three of them. The five course option menu is part of the inclusive deals. We chose bed and breakfast so that we could explore the area in the evening. Again, the staff are attentive and helpful , the only slight negative is an over emphasis on drinking expensive local wines. If you choose a cheaper bottle then there are negative comments. Once you understand this position, your enthusiasm will not be dampened. The food is excellent. Music accompanies your dining, it starts at noon for lunchtime and then throughout the evening until midnight. We highly recommend this hotel and are very grateful to the staff for making our honeymoon so special .

Myself and husband came to this hotel as a very belated honeymoon. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly and mini ice creams which we thought was a wonderful touch. We were then taken to our room which was absolutley pristine with gorgeous products to use in the bathroom. We had a pool room and the pool was gorgeous clean and a wonderful place to cool down after having a morning of sun at the beach. We got lovely little chocolates left from the housekeepers everytime they done our room. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and everything was fresh and made to the highest standard. We had lunch in the beach bar which was so tasty and all staff were amazing and very attentive. Evening meals we had the 5 course taster menu each night which had a different theme. Food was absolutley phenomenal I couldn't recommend it more. The experience at the hotel was only made even better by all of the staff there to make sure you are well looked after. I want to especially mention Peggy who was so warm and welcoming always with a smile and happy to see you everyday. The staff at this hotel are such amazing hard workers and make your experience one to remember.

We had a great stay at Lesante Blu the past week - the hotel has an amazing infinity pool and direct beach access. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, especially Peggy at breakfast, who greeted us with a huge smile and her positive energy every morning. Thank you for making our time at Lesante Blu so special and we will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Many positives, staff were excellent, sea view room met expectations, swimming pool was fabulous in that it was a good length, 40m, if you like doing lengths as I did and never overly busy, plenty of sun beds (mid July), entertainment was ok without being fabulous, breakfasts were above expectations, everything was immaculately clean. For me, lost a star for two reasons, first, I met another couple who booked with Jet 2, flights and accommodation, I booked Jet 2 for flights and direct with the hotel via its web site for the accommodation only, expecting booking direct with the hotel to be the most cost effective. Both of us booked in April, same room, same package. We compared our costs and I was astonished to find that the couple who booked the whole package through Jet 2 paid £481 per night for accommodation with Jet 2, and I, booking direct with the hotel, paid £630 per night. I therefore paid a 31% premium to book direct with the hotel. I Asked the hotel about this upon my return, they replied very promptly but could only offer an explanation about their “Dynamic Pricing Policy” being the reason. Learning lesson here, if costs are an issue, check whatever other options are available before booking direct with the hotel. Second, the half board allows you to eat, 5 course meal, in the upper restaurant which is included in your booking, however, if you would rather “Dine Around” and try either the A La Carte or Fine Dining restaurants, they offer a 20€ credit against the costs of your alternative dining. I found this credit offer derisory and insulting. Learning lesson here, don’t book half board and either eat in the nearby village, several excellent Tavernas or eat in the hotel restaurant of your choice and forego the derisory credit from your half board booking. Would I return, yes, but would take on board my own experience from this, my first visit.
