Amazing
It was an amazing experience and an amazing resort. The staff were friendly. Special thanks to Edson and Elizabeth and Stephen for everything. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Just beware of the monkeys!!!

Great place to relax post safari
Had a very relaxing and enjoyable family holiday at The Residence. Food and service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. All the staff are super friendly and always on hand to help. Facilities were top rate with a great pool, plenty of towels and sun loungers. Our villa was great - cleaned and turned down every day by the very helpful house team. Whilst there were only two restaurants the food options were always fab and never got boring with a different theme each night and plenty of choice. The bar staff at the beach bar made great cocktails and always left us entertained. Really recommend the Jetty Bar for sundowners (amazing sunset) and canopies served by the amazing Runi who made us feel so welcome and even taught us some Swahili ❤️❤️

Very good spa
Excellent hotel with many activities complimentary. The spa is really nice and provide high level treatment. Mwasi was excellent with me over the 5 days treatment i made with her. Yoga every evening is also excellent to take a breath

First of all, I would like to thank you for the outstanding service at the hotel. Everything was absolutely excellent, and we were truly impressed with the quality of the service. There was a lady at the reception named Mercy 🤍who helped us a lot during our stay. She was extremely patient, respectful, and kind. Whenever we had a request, she handled it immediately and went above and beyond to help us in the best possible way. We are genuinely happy with our decision to choose this hotel. Everything was excellent in every respect, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had while traveling. The staff were truly amazing, and their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more special. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again. We miss you all ♥️

My stay at residence Zanzibar
The quality of rooms is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and luxurious. But that’s about it. Food is very poor, staff are extremely unpleasant and sour. The gardens look like they haven’t been mowed or watered in 10 years. It’s my second and last trip here. At this price there is much better you can get
