Sea Cliff Resort and Spa Zanzibar

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. We would like to say a big thank you to Afred who went above and beyond for us in the restaurant. He was friendly and very attentive, always happy and smiling! He is a hard worker, we saw him work from early morning when we ate breakfast and he was there at our evening meal, his happy bubbly energy stayed the same throughout. He was checking on us throughout the evening. Rosa was equally as lovely and catered to us both really well. Thank you 🙏🏼

The staff at the hotel were welcoming from the day we arrived. They could not do enough for us. They created a warm and plesant dining experience everytime. Lead by an absolutely wonderful manager Abbas who greeted us warmly and made us feel like part of the hotel family every time we dined. Taking the time to speak with us and ensuring that eveything was to our satisfaction and we were happy. His kindness and support was endless, esspecially when my partner had really painful toothache. The hotel itself was like a paradise island with a beach less than 10mins away within the grounds. This sprawling spa hotel was well spread out and had loads of lounge areas. The rooms were delightful and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The food was of a very high quality, full of a variety and tasty dishes and wonderfully displayed. All staff greeted us warmly with a smile and made us feel special and welcomed. There was an amazing variety of food representing different countries with a theme. Free taxi was available to take guests to Stonetown everyday and bring us back. I would like to thank all the wonderful hardworking and dedicated staff who helped make our stay most memorable and exciting. A special shout out to all the staff the wonderful Basil, Hawa, Superviser Musa, Salma, Mickdad, Afred, Sarah, Joshua, Ritha, Lucia, Editha, Dionis, Ashley and Happyness. Great Staff I highly recommend this Spa to enhance your stay and experience in Zanzibar. Stunning views and well maintained grounds.

My stay at Sea Cliff was nothing short of magical. I would say the website doesn’t even come close to doing this beautiful place justice! I had the most incredible 6-day stay, and as a solo traveller, it was peaceful and private, and I felt totally relaxed from the moment I arrived. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and there is something really special about the atmosphere of the resort. The food was out of this world, every meal was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. One of the highlights for me was the horse riding, which was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful stay. Sea Cliff exceeded every expectation I had, and I will definitely be back!
