Memorable Stay
Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel last week celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, in the last 20 years of travelling and can't praise our stay here enough. From the management to the rest of the staff, everyone was so professional, kind, polite, helpful and friendly, that we rate our stay five out of five. We will always remember our time at the hotel and will recommend it to everyone we know.

Beautiful hotel with a good tram
I had an amazing experience with my friend in the hotel , the room was very nice and the bed super comfortable.The breakfast was delicious and had many options.Lena at the breakfast was super nice and helpful,she really made our day and make sure we had anything we needed.Aliki at the spa was very friendly and welcoming making sure we have a very good and relaxing experience.An amazing hotel with a great team.

Excellent Stay!
The Grand Hotel Zermatterhof is exactly what you would expect: attentive but unobtrusive service, phenomenal dining, exquisite design, and a world class spa. The staff was always courteous and helpful, and the rooms were quite comfortable with a maid staff that was never intrusive but always tidying the room. The breakfast was exceptional, the pianist contributed to a wonderful atmosphere, the ski locker was convenient, and the concierge could always be counted on. In short the stay was superlative.

A must do stop in Switzerland
This is an awesome property unique in appointments all throughout the grounds. The staff are truly the best and everything about the "Grand" is memorable.
