From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and full of relaxing spaces to enjoy. We especially appreciated the variety and quality of food across all the restaurants – every meal was a highlight. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a spectacular view. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We’re already looking forward to returning soon!

I will start this review with a conclusion: Perfect, authentic, luxury at its best. The energy of the resort itself is specific, specifically good. I think the dramatic and beautiful natural surroundings contribute greatly to this. They turned the arrival here into a kind of adventure in itself with an excellent driver and vehicle, as well as small welcome treats. 1. The service is excellent, friendly, professional, and not too intimate and offensive. 2. Everything is more beautiful than in the photos, the villas, the resort itself, the ambiance, every detail is carefully designed and integrated into the ambiance and culture of the area. 3. Top-notch food, breakfast, dinners, everything.... Fresh ingredients, healthy, delicious, a large selection of options with an emphasis on local cuisine 4. Variety of content, pools, activities... Spa, important to me, fantastic. It is expensive but worth it. One of the best holidays, thanks to the whole team and Lucia my GEM 😊 Ps. Sea is nice, not Maldives but really nice and yes it is good for swimming.

Stunning hotel nestled between mountains and sea, so a very special place. The staff are lovely and the food is excellent. We had the BBQ buffet for dinner and was the best BBQ buffet I’d ever had. Snorkeling trip through the hotel was also a great experience. The villas are very spacious with lovely pools and although the hotel grounds are big there are bikes for each villa to get around. Also buggies are plenty. The F&B is very expensive and no choice locally so bear that in mind. Only thing I was disappointed with is the main pools are not temperature contains in such high heat in May, I am surprised they don’t make the pooled cooler.

This hotel is resort enjoys a magnificent geographical position and is beautifully and sensitively designed. We loved everything here. The only two caveats: the border crossing from and back to the UAE can be slow and cumbersome: calculate one hour perhaps. Secondly, the hotel activities, spa treatments, shop and alcohol are extortionate; I have never seen such prices anywhere. With local taxes and service charges your bill will surely exceed your expectations.
