Paradise in Zihua
We had the best stay at Thompson Zihuatanejo. The location really can’t be beat! The food at Hao was delicious! Taco night with the live music was a highlight. Such a fun atmosphere. Our days fell into the perfect rhythm: breakfast in the morning, grabbing a breezy spot on the beach, lunch right there by the water, then relaxing at the pool, nothing beats the sunset here! We also played tennis, took out the kayaks, and did parasailing! What truly made the stay though was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of—it never felt forced, just genuinely kind and thoughtful. Already wishing we were back. Would absolutely stay here again.

Swim Up Suite Fabulosity 🤩👍
I decided to treat myself and friend to the Thompson on La Ropa Beach after walking by it several times everyday on previous trips! I booked a Swim Up Suite with its own private pool access from our Lanai and view of the Ocean 😎. Greeted at the lobby with a Welcome drink and notified when room was ready while we lounged on the beach on the Very comfortable sunbed under a Palapa. It was even more lovely than I expected especially the outdoor shower 🚿🤩👍 the vaulted ceilings, fabulous toiletries, robes, coffee, water daily etc Room cleaned daily and cookies on the pillow at night! Great service!! Only 1 negative the price of drinks is double what other establishments are charging 🤷♀️but we managed!! We will be back!

A-MAZ-ing Place!
This place is truly a hidden gem. The location, the staff, the property, the food... everything was top notch. We stayed in 2 rooms while we were there (the room we originally wanted was only available for 1/2 the time). Both were fantastic. The food and service at the beach was incredible.. Highly recommend this place.
