Le Méridien Cancún Resort & Spa

Just returned from our second vacation (14 nights) at Le Blanc Spa Cancun and we are certain to return. What a fantastic hotel with superb staff, exceptional food and drink and fantastic entertainment. 7am - Each day started by the pool where we were assisted by the wonderful team of pool/beach concierge who work extremely hard and provide a fantastic service setting up loungers with towels & brollys and ensuring we had an endless supply of chilled water in regularly replenished ice buckets. Special thanks goes out to Jessica, Jose, Cesar, Omar and Axel 😎. 8am - Next stop, the coffee shop, unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the staff who served me on a daily basis but remembered my order after day one. Phenomenal!☕. 9am - We breakfasted every day at Terraza. A rooftop restaurant with a great menu, beautiful view and wonderful staff. Greeted by the lovely Hostess Vanessa who remembered our room number and names, again after day one. The staff were also superb remembering our refreshment preferences (English Breakfast Tea with 2 Teabags). Thank you to Yesenia, Rubicel, Alonso, Lizandro & Jarmin🫖 11am - After an hours sun it was time to cool down at the pool bar (Sol) where the guys kept us suitably hydrated and entertained with their conversation and humour. We spent many hours sat here and consumed many, many units of booze 🍻. We would like to thank Gilbert, Zair, Alex, Ignatio, Fernando and Luis for their exceptional service. 12.30pm - It was then time for more sun and a spot of lunch by the pool. We were served by the wonderful Jeanette, Josue & Armando. Service was fast, efficient and professional. We hardly had time to sit down before the guys were with us and taking our orders. There was a decent variety of pool snacks to chose from, served at your lounger by the above mentioned, usually accompanied with a beer or shandy🍺. 2pm - Siesta😴 - hard work all this drinking and eating! 3pm was visit number 2 to the pool bar for our 3 o,clock fizz. The pool bar guys were ready with the sparkling wine for our Yeti wine coolers as we entered the pool. What more can you ask for? Salud Gilbert🥂. 4.45pm - churros time!! 5.30pm - get showered and changed and ready for the lobby bar. 7pm - The lobby is a chilled, relaxed place to sit with exceptional nightly entertainment at 7pm. We enjoyed every act that we saw. Very impressive. What was more impressive was the service we received from Maira. A very professional member of staff whom we enjoyed speaking too every night (unless it was her day off of course, we missed her on our last night). Maira helped me to work through the cocktail list in the lobby bar and even remembered where I was up to on the list the following evening! Emmanuel also provided us with service second to none🍸. 8.30pm was dinner time. The food here is probably the best we have eaten at an All Inclusive Hotel. Our favourites being Yama & Lumiere. A special mention goes out to Christian and Ivan in Yama and Gusto and Alexis at Lumiere. These guys are very knowledgeable regarding the menus and provided excellent and professional service. 9.30pm - Last stop of the day Cavo where we went for the evening entertainment and where we bumped into Maira and Emmanuel once again. we also were served by Ivan, the bartender who recognised us from our previous visit and checked in on us daily to see how we were. A very friendly and professional staff member. We enjoyed the bands that played in Cavo and would have preferred more nightly live bands up there. The rock band were superb and the country band were outstanding. Being from the UK, we are not subject to a great deal of country music but after seeing these guys play, I can honestly say that we now country music converts🤠. Their rendition of "devil went down to Georgia" was amazing. Bedtime varied but all of the above was repeated for our entire trip! A special mention goes out to Adi from the entertainment team. Stand out members of staff for us this vacation (in no particular order) :- Maira - Lobby & Cavo. Jeanette - Pool Service. Glibert - Pool Bar. Ivan - Lobby & Cavo. If we had to complain about anything then it would be the elevator situation. One of the elevators was out of service when we arrived and was still out of action when we left 2 weeks later. This did create issues during more busy periods of the day when there was a lot of elevator traffic.

Wonderful experience from delicious food at Bella, to a romantic dinner on the beach, to tequila tasting, to sea turtles and beautiful sunsets. Been here many times and the romantic dinner is worth the experience and our butlers were amazing (Juan and Rene). Also Yessica is one of the hardest workers there is. Although the seaweed was heavy on certain days you can still enjoy the beautiful and warm ocean.

Leblanc Cancun was an incredible experience! The staff truly made our trip very special. Victor from the Blanc Breakfast and Lunch was amazing. He took so much pride in his service. Yessica and Lucinda the pool concierge’s were so detail oriented and amazing. They truly made sure we were taken care of. David who was at the omelette station and the grill at the Blanc buffet was fabulous. The service, the room and food was absolutely fantastic! We give 5 stars

Our vacation to La Blanc Cancun Mexico was an amazing experience! Le Blanc is a beautiful property. The staff is outstanding. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived. Our butlers, Rossy and Rami, were amazing! They attended to our every need. They were always professional and pleasant! The food was wonderful. We so enjoyed our meal at Lumiere. Thank you to Johnny and his staff. All the restaurants were outstanding. Service was impeccable! I enjoyed the gym and water spinning classes. Kevin is an excellent instructor. The spa is excellent. I highly recommend the VIP Couples massage and the Collagen Facial. We are looking forward to our next visit to La Blanc.

This was our third time at the le Blanc resort and definitely want to come back. This all-inclusive luxury resort delivers an unforgettable experience with elegant beachfront suites, world-class dining, premium drinks, 24-hour concierge service, stunning pools, a full-service spa, and curated activities — all set in a serene, tropical paradise where every detail is designed for total relaxation and indulgence. They have the best restaurants and "THE BEST COFFEE PLACE" in the world, believe me. It also includes a hydrotherapy in your stay, so worth the price.
