We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Our butlers, Juan and Rene were outstanding and anticipated our needs throughout our trip. The resort is of high quality including the food, service, and cocktails. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we received very attentive service.

Wonderful experience. The facility was clean, the food very good, the spa beautiful and the service excellent. A shout out to Andre, Vanessa, Eduardo and Jose for going the extra mile and making our vacation so enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time at Le Blanc! The staff was fantastic and the place itself is beautiful. Look for Andre if you want to have a blast and coordinate your activities. Also, Mariel in the spa was wonderful, and Hugo is quite the funny bartender! Lastly, Eduardo and Jose, the butlers for floor 8, made absolutely sure that we were well taken care of for the whole duration of our trip. To everyone at Le Blanc, thank you so much for this fantastic experience!

This was our second time at Le Blanc in just 3 months, and after coming once with our in-laws and now returning as a couple, we can honestly say this is the only place we want to come back to. It is hard to believe this is an all-inclusive resort because the quality in every single area is top tier. The beaches are beautiful, the pools are amazing, the entertainment is great, there is always live music, and the bar selection is unbelievable with truly top-shelf liquor everywhere you go. Every restaurant at Le Blanc is excellent. No matter where we ate, the food, drinks, service, and presentation were always amazing. What makes Le Blanc even more special is the people. From the moment you walk through the doors, it feels like a nonstop spa experience with the level of service, attention, and care you receive. At the lobby bar, Artemio and Raul were outstanding every day and made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. At the pool bar, Gilberto and Zair were incredible, always attentive, friendly, and making sure we had everything we needed. At Yama, the chef went above and beyond by making us a special off-the-menu meal and came out multiple times to check on us personally, which meant a lot. Alberto, our server there, was also extremely attentive and professional. At Terraza, Yesenia was amazing and even remembered us from our first trip, which made us feel so special and welcomed back. Nancy at the Blanc breakfast buffet became like a friend to us. She took care of us every morning, even when we were not sitting in her section. Our butlers, Byliyoel and David, were absolutely amazing. Having both a morning and evening butler made the experience feel even more luxurious, and they stayed on top of every single need we had. There are many other people we are forgetting to mention, but every single staff member we encountered was top notch. Le Blanc truly has the best service we have ever experienced anywhere. Five stars is not enough for this place. We cannot wait to come back again.

Our group of eight just returned from an incredible birthday celebration at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The location is stunning, the resort is immaculate, and the food and accommodations are outstanding — but what really makes Le Blanc special is the staff. Our butlers Joel and Salvador were phenomenal. They helped with restaurant recommendations, spa bookings, and even came out to the pool to check on us when we didn’t respond on WhatsApp. That level of attentiveness is rare. At the pool, Jesus and Yessica were incredibly attentive and always one step ahead of our needs — even quickly bringing floaties when our group requested them. Breakfast and lunch at Blanc were made extra special thanks to Daniel and Bethsaida, who greeted us with warmth, great energy, and wonderful service every day. Our Lobby Bar hosts, Artemio and Joel were so kind and efficient in their exceptional service to our large group! And Andres from activities made aqua volleyball one of the highlights of the trip — we had an absolute blast. Le Blanc delivers luxury, beauty, and some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. Our group is already planning our return. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
