I would not recommend this hotel to the mature traveller. We are 63 and 70 year old couple and not very tech savvy. When we asked the receptionist to help us contact our transfer provider to confirm pick up for our next destination she said that it was not Hotel policy to help contact a 3rd party but she'll do it when she has time. We have travelled the world for years and this is the first hotel that has not really wanted to help (because they are far more interested in what is happening in the bar that is just off the reception desk) It's all very young and hip (and expensive) No complaints about the actual room we stayed in, there was a complimentary craft beer in the room fridge, but no kettle ,no tea or coffee sachets (that would be untrendy i guess)

Good hotel chain that I’ve used before. Nice communal areas for drinks/hanging out in. Good breakfast with varied offer. Rooms are typically funky in this chain - good amenities. Location was good for the station. Comfortable bed and great blackout curtains.. Good working aircon.

By far the worst experience/hotel in our ten day trip in Switzerland. We had booked a large accessible room, but upon arrival were told there wasn’t an accessible room available. Tried to give us the ‘only alternative’ they had which would not get a wheelchair in the shower/toilet or next to the bed. When we showed them we had confirmation of a large accessible room one miraculously was available right away-even though this was never offered to us. The owners of this hotel need to spend a day in a wheelchair to understand what accessible actually means. The wheelchair would not fit all the way into the wet room. There was no stool in the shower-even though I asked twice-and not one grab rail in the shower itself. The sink was at normal height so my partner struggled to wash face/brush teeth. Also there is a ‘bench seat’ in front of the window-with a desk in front of that-so if you are in a wheelchair unable to reach the curtain to close it. If they spent less time and effort on trying to be quirky and more time on the things that mattered it would be a good hotel. As it stands we will never return.

Bad expensive Too expensive, don’t want pay this amount for what I see is not big room. Muy caro el precio esta caro. Los cuartos se been pequeños para pagar tanto dinero. Tienen Que mejorar el precio. This hotel need better prices for these rooms. How disappointment to see such high prices

Dark, industrial look and feel. Concrete walls, dim lighting, can’t really tell about cleanliness as it was hard to see in the lobby, hallways and rooms, but I did find a bug in my shower. Not much space for luggage or to hang clothes. The staff was not particularly helpful with questions. Breakfast was adequate but not impressive. If it’s up to me and not my company travel dept, I won’t be staying here again.
