Zurich Gem
Modern interiors in a historic building, just a short walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the DJ and the low-key buzz at the lounge in the early evening. Although the bathrooms were on the smaller side, everything else about the hotel made up for that.

Outstanding experience
Outstanding hotel and service. Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean and quiet. Upstairs restaurant was terrific. Location is convenient. Views of Lake Zurich are memorable.

Great stay at La Réserve
I had the best stay in La Réserve Zurich. From the warm welcome of the bell boy that switch immediately to my language and the great hospitality of front staff and concierge. The room is in excellent conditions, well soundproofed for a relaxed night. The team at the breakfast area is here to make you feel at ease. You can find the classic in the offer. I highly recommend the hotel.

Birthday surprise
This is very much a five star experience. The room was excellent with a fantastic view The staff really made the difference. The reception staff and restaurant staff were absolutely brilliant. They all even addressed us by first and last names. A truly wonderful hotel stay
