Park Hyatt Zurich

I did not know what to expect but I must say that while I do expect the best for a Park Hyatt I can’t expect the staff’s idea of hospitality to be up to my speed. This staff was the best I’ve had at any property. They were all equally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was in a good location and in walking distance from bridge, food and shopping . Very easy to get around without a car.

My husband and I just got back from a wonderful trip to Switzerland, which was capped off by a terrific stay in Zurich at the Park Hyatt on Beethoven. The hotel is well-located, service oriented and spotless. Concierge Jens Maier in particular was stellar - he spent ample amounts of time with us giving us detailed suggestions about what to do during our 2 days in Zurich, including a complete walking tour with directions like " if you stand on this side of the bridge youll get a better picture"- he was excellent! Staff in general was very friendly, breakfast was beyond delicious and we would highly recommend the Zurich Park Hyatt for both business and leisure travelers!

What an amazing stay! The staff were so attentive with great restaurant recommendations and special touches for my husband’s 50th birthday! They even had a little tent set up in the kids room and balloon decorations with champagne and cake! The location is great with so many great restaurants close by and the lake for a quick swim.
