You will like everything at Park Hyatt Zurich
What a lovely hotel to stay at. Me and my two daughters stayed at Park Hyatt Zurich for 1 night and were hoping that we could stay longer when we left. Wonderful service from the staff and very clean and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was the best among my 15 days in Zurich. We highly recommend it if you can afford with $ or your points.

Excellent service prior to hotel stay
My husband and I have an upcoming stay prior to our Amawaterways cruise in October and Jens and Julian from the concierge department have already provided exceptional service via email. Traveling to a foreign county as an older person is a bit overwhelming but our minds have been put at ease by the services provided by the Park Hyatt staff. Jens and Julian have helped us plan out our two days in Zurich. Provided was the best route to allow us to see what we wanted, bus, tram and boat routes along with numbers & stops. Dining reservations have been made. We feel so well taken care of and we haven’t even walked in the front door. Can’t wait to arrive at the Park Hyatt, Zurich!

Amazing anniversary stay
Aboslutely stellar experience. Booked with points as a world of hyatt globalist for our 7 year wedding anniversary. Joaquine at the front desk got us taken care of, helped by calling WOH for service to get an additional upgrade using points, and helped with a very romantic welcome ammenity waiting for us in our room. Thank you again to the whole team for making it so special. For these reasons, we will stay globalists.
