They do everything right, as expected
I arrived in points and used my suite upgrade to get a corner suite. Everything was great, as expected. One issue arouse where my daughter left MY phone in an Uber. At the first, the Uber driver refused to return the phone without being paid. I had no problem paying him but the Concierge was outstanding at assisting us in resolving this issue and potentially offering to get the police involved. It all worked out fortunately. While they say they do not have AC it sure felt like they did. We were in the 5th floor, so noise was not an issue, Breakfast buffet was fabulous and the work out room was just what I needed. I fully recommend this hotel as a premiere property in Zurich, Just what you would expect.

Amazing hotel and service
Had a fantastic time at the Park Hyatt Zurich hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful. The location was near the lake and close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very accommodating. The atmosphere at the resort felt very luxurious and everything I had hoped for.

Great Stay, Welcoming
Even though my stay at the Park Hyatt Zurich was only a quick 12 hours, the experience was exceptional. The property is elegant, quiet, and perfectly maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the service—specifically from Sergei as well as the waitress in the morning of my departure. Despite my short visit. Sergei was incredibly welcoming and took the time to provide a wealth of excellent local recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone needing a seamless, high-end stay, regardless of the duration.

Good place to stay in Zurich.
The Hyatt is well situated in Zurich with various attractions easy to reach. You can walk to the lake in less than 5 minutes.
