One of the best Hyatt Hotels out there
Amazing location and hospitality. I was able to walk to the lake and old town within minutes. The room was super spacious. The bed and linens top notch. Bathroom was modern and I loved the rain shower. Breakfast had a large selection and all items were fresh. Hanna was especially nice and made sure my table was set every morning! Concierge was helpful in restaurant suggestions. The Parkhous restuarant attached has nice cocktails and a good selection for late night meals. The spa has nice treatments and was very relaxing. This place will not disappoint you.

Exceptional Service and a Perfect Start to Our Family Trip
We stayed one night at the Park Hyatt Zurich at the start of our trip, and it set the tone for everything that followed. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—every request we had was handled quickly and graciously, without hesitation. As Globalists, we’ve had great experiences at other properties, but this one really stood out. The recognition and treatment went above and beyond what we expected, and it genuinely made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, well-appointed rooms and a polished atmosphere. Everything felt seamless and thoughtfully done. We’d absolutely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to return on a future trip to Zurich.

PH Zurich is the best of the best!
The PH Zurich is truly amazing! I’m an Explorist and had a Guest of Honor award. They treated us like royalty! The moment you enter everyone was so kind and helpful- front desk, concierge, hostess, wait staff, everyone. The breakfast here is one of the best of any Park Hyatt I’ve stayed. The gift in our room had some of the most amazing chocolate, too! Thank you Gianina! We will absolutely be back on our next Zurich trip.
