Excellent in everyway!!
Excellent service from the staff. We dined at the restaurant one evening and the service and food was excellent. Casual and comfortable after a long day of touring. Walking distance from the airport and train station was extremely convenient!!

Great Hotel centrally located
We liked this hotel it was an essentially located area. It had a grand lobby. The room was very spacious and had a large bathroom. we were only here for one night so we didn’t get to explore much of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. As we arrive late from Geneva, I felt that the hotel was missing. It’s charm that some hotels in Switzerland had to offer. It felt like a very corporate hotel that didn’t represent Switzerland. I would recommend this hotel but if you’re looking for something that is charming full this isn’t the place for you.

Absolute best hotel with exemplary staff
One of the best hotel stay we've ever had. Sara from guest relations made our stay the most special. Everyone else from the front desk to the concierge was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. This hotel and the Park Hyatt Kyoto are the two finest hotels we've ever stayed at with the absolutely best customer service. We are seriously considering going back to Zurich just so we can stay at this hotel again.

You will like everything at Park Hyatt Zurich
What a lovely hotel to stay at. Me and my two daughters stayed at Park Hyatt Zurich for 1 night and were hoping that we could stay longer when we left. Wonderful service from the staff and very clean and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was the best among my 15 days in Zurich. We highly recommend it if you can afford with $ or your points.
