Great Hotel In Zurich!
We have high expectations for Park Hyatts, with the bar set by our wonderful experience on our honeymoon in Auckland. Part of our high expectations is that we have never been underwhelmed and are very pleased to have that trend continue with the Park Hyatt Zurich. Everything from the superb staff (the heart of any hotel), the breakfast, the room, and the hotel lounge (the bar was reserved for a conference when we were there). Finally, we had an outstanding interaction with the concierge, who took the time to explain how to use the SBB app to navigate public transportation in Zurich and show us on the map where the best Christmas markets are. She started our stay off on the right foot!

The location and rooms were wonderful. The clinch for me was the staff. Lilly and the staff at Park Hyatt were so gracious and warm. They converted me. I am a Park Hyatt loyalist!

Attentive staff and right amount of ammenities
Great experience, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. I like the location and overall atmosphere. Went for a meeting and got a great night sleep. The Parkhuus restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays but the lobby bar/restaurant had a good menu.
