Park Hyatt Customer Service Keeps Me Coming Back
The level of attention to detail offered by Park Hyatt Zurich staff is exceptional, which makes guests feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city by foot or tram. A variety of restaurants, river walk, and the Kunsthaus Museum are just minutes away. The junior suite has a spacious bathroom and large closet. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every day, which was complimentary for Globalist members.

Just an outstanding property
I have stayed numerous times at this property. Service continuous to be excellent and the rooms are kept in immaculate conditions. The kitchen is always kind to meet my dietery restrictions.

A great stay made easy
Had an excellent time here, loved the location we could walk to a lot, including the lake and also the breakfast was excellent and everyone provided outstanding service, i would return in a heartbeat.
