Consider the The Rooftop Balcony (patio) rooms.
We return again after 2 years, and again loved our stay. The Rooftop balcony room (rooftop patio) - actually same room as previous visit - facing into the old towns cobbled lanes/rooftops and the breakfasts were again fantastic. Waking up to the view of the St Peters clock tower is a highlight. Old world charm at the front desk and able to walk and tram everywhere with ease - definitely top stars for location. One of our favourite hotels - highly recommended.

Great hotel for location and food ✨ perhaps not the best option in Zurich
First time in Zurich so we do not have a lot to reference against. Our stay was very lovely, but many little things kept adding negatively to our experience here. Room size & amenities, technology issues, internet not consistent, breakfast buffet was a let down, staff are constantly dealing with people coming in who are not staying at the hotel. It’s sad to put so many specific things about our stay as “average” or “subpar” but this was the reality of much of our stay.

We used this hotel as a home base for a long weekend traveling and sightseeing in Switzerland. Location in Zurich was great. We were very impressed with room quality and service quality.

Perfect riverside boutique hotel in the heart of Zurich
exceptional boutique hotel in the very center of the Old Town, right on the Limmat River. The location is a walking distance to everything. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. Service is professional and warm. We were lucky to have an upgrade and got two connecting rooms- one bedroom. Would definitely return.
