This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Whether the beautiful room, perfect location, welcoming staff or amazing meals at Rotisserie, this is simply a perfect place to use as a base for exploring the beauty of Zurich!

Wonderful hotel from the moment of arrival with all the Christmas lights! Location is perfect, room was comfortable, river view was amazing. Loved the breakfast at La Rotisserie; would skip the dinner - so many better options outside of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

The best location to visit old Zurich and the many Christmas Markets. Dining at hotel and within walking distance is outstanding. Very friendly staff and clean services. View overlooking the river is for postcards (if you know what a postcard is)

I am always choosing Storchen Hotel for our stays in Zurich. It is located at the heart of Zürich’s historical part with unbelievable views of Limmat river and historical buildings. After breakfast to take a coffee near the river is the best way to start a day. Rooms are very clean and furnished with a great pleasure to make us happy and relax at utmost level. Of course facilities and location is so important but nıt the most important one. Without great staffs and managers of Storchen, all this positive things can easily change to be a negative experience. I thank to Ms. Stephanie Meyer, Mr. Gennaro and all other wonderful staffs once more to keep everything excellent for their guests.

The rooms were beautifully modern yet elegant, striking the perfect balance between contemporary comfort & timeless style. A standout feature was the incredible bathtub… absolute bliss after long, cold winter days spent exploring Zurich! The location could not have been more perfect. Situated right in the heart of Zurich, the hotel was central to all of the tourist activities on our list, making it incredibly easy & convenient to explore the city on foot. The reception staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, & attentive from the moment we arrived, always greeting us with a smile & happily answering questions. They even converted U.S. dollars to Swiss francs for us, which was incredibly helpful & above & beyond what we expected. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary drink tickets, something no other hotel offered during our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, with amazing pillows that made settling in & sleeping through a bit of jet lag effortless. Nightly turndown service was thoughtful & impeccably done, reinforcing that this hotel truly excels in the details. It was the extra touches (big & small) that made our stay at the Storchen so memorable! A wonderful experience we would happily return to.
